“Discovering Waterfalls”    Departure: 9.30 am Return: around 5 pm 

About thirty kilometers from Marrakech, begins the Ourika Valley which lies between the foothills of the Atlas. Despite its proximity to Marrakech, this beautiful green valley is certainly one of the best preserved valleys in Morocco. 

After crossing the fertile plain of Haouz, we quickly arrive near the banks of the Oued Ourika. It is a nerve center of the region with its souk every Monday. Another souk is in this same valley on Thursdays and Fridays. 

Continuing along the road that climbs gently along the valley, you will be thrilled by this multicolored landscape, the ocher clay which are built with the many Berber villages clinging to the side of the mountain and surrounding greenery. During our tour, we will visit an aromatic garden and a Berber typical house with a grain mill. 

At km 68, we will reach the village of Setti Fatma, the terminus of our climb to the peaks of the Atlas. The village is located over 1,500 meters above sea level and is the starting point for a range of hiking, the most popular is undoubtedly that of the discovery of waterfalls

“A day in Berber land”     Departure: 9.30 am Return: around 5 pm 

We take the road towards the village of Tahanaoute. It goes up gradually through a woodland landscape of oaks, cedar and juniper. This picturesque village is perched at an altitude of 1000m above the Oued Reghaya. One can discover the typical Berber market every Tuesday. 

After crossing the gorge of Moulay Ibrahim we reach Asni, a small city living with its weekly souk on Saturday, with the fruit farm at the foot of Mount Toubkal (4167m), the highest peak in North Africa. 

When leaving Asni, altitude decreases towards Imlil, this lovely remote village, built at the bottom of beautiful gorges where grow walnut, almond trees. It also offers a panoramic view of the entire region.. 

Imlil is well known as the starting point of beautiful walks to discover the National Park and the Highlands of Toubkal

The departure of Marrakech should be done at 7:30. The road climbs from the village of Ait Ourir, with 

stunning views of the area, reaching the Tizi­N­Tichka to 2260m altitude at the highest road point of Africa. 

The tops of mountain ranges and beautiful Berber villages can be admired throughout the course. 

20km before Ouarzazate, also known as the "Gateway to the Desert" we deviate to the left for 10km to 

reach the "Kasbah Ait Ben Haddou," one of the most beautiful sites in southern Morocco and declared 

Unesco World Heritage . 

Then we continue on Ouarzazate, our Moroccan Hollywood, which has several film studios. This is one of 

the world's largest film shooting locations, which were filmed masterpieces such as Babel, Prince of Persia, 

Gladiator, Cleopatra, the Jewel of the Nile, The Mummy, Asterix and Obelix, Ali Baba and the Forty Thieves, 

Indigenes, ...

In an exceptional site along the Atlantic Ocean, a rocky peninsula defies the waves: Essaouira, formerly Mogador, which was occupied by the Portuguese in the 16th century. It surprises by its unique architecture, its houses with blue shutters, fortifications and cannons pointed toward the ocean. The city was fortified by a French architect and became a favorite haunt for rockers like Cat Stevens and Jimmy Hendrix. 

Certainly appreciated for its temperate climate pleasant all year round, Essaouira is loved for its impressive ramparts, the Scala and its doors, its stunning Medina, typical Mosques and Synagogues, churches and its multitude of artisans particularly skilled in marquetry cedar root. They offer a wide range of objects from the small souvenir to beautiful furniture. 

20 minutes before Essaouira, women from local villages will offer us a relaxing and cultural break. Through women's cooperatives, we can discover the way in which women extract the Argan oil. This is the only place where grows the argan tree that gives the oil komatiks medical and nutritional benefits. A gift of nature ...
