Moharamplast S.A.E. is an Egyptian company

based in Alexandria, specialized in producing

Polyethylene and Polypropylene Compounds,

Color Masterbatch and Filler Masterbatch that

serve several plastic industries worldwide, such

as Rotational Molding, Steel Pipe Coating,

Plastic Pipe Industry, Packaging and Films.

Plastics industry is constantly changing as technological

advances are made by the day. For that reason, we heavily

invest in research and development in cooperation with

universities and research institutes worldwide, to always

stay one step ahead of our clients’ needs.

Moharamplast Rotomolding

Compounds are designed to

offer optimum properties to

the rotomolded products.

Moharamplast Rotomoulding

Compounds contain UV

stabilizers, which make them

suitable for outdoor applications.

Applications:

Rotational molding applications, such

as: kayaks, tanks, trash containers,

chemical shipping drums and also

suitable for injection molding

applications such as screw closures,

caps and housewares.

MP-IRR 3810 0.938 g/cm3 1.0 g/10 min (2.16 kg at 190 oC)

Applications:

- MP6020-100 is an HDPE compound recommended for pressure, sewage

and corrugated pipes. Meets ASTM D3035 and ASTM D2837 requirements.

- MP-IRR 3810 is an MDPE compound designed to provide high stiffness and

environmental stress crack resistance (ESCR). Recommended for irrigation

system due to its excellent resistance to corrosion, chemicals, microorganisms

and fungi attack.

Polyethylene pipes are easy to install, light, flexible and corrosion free.

Moharamplast offers PE compounds for various piping systems.

Moharamplast compounds for steel pipe

coating help deliver good coating performance

for the lifetime of oil and gas pipelines against

extreme external conditions, mechanical

impacts or degradation by heat or UV

irradiation.

Applications:

- HDPE MP-COAT 5205 for use in (3LPE) steel

pipe coating systems, in conjunction with an

epoxy primer and a polyolefin adhesive. Meets

ISO 21809-1, DIN 30 670-S and DNV-RP-F106

standards.

- PP MP-COAT 9010 is a white PP compound

for use in (3LPP) steel pipe coating systems,

in conjunction with an epoxy primer and a

polyolefin adhesive. Fulfills the requirements

of ISO 21809-1 and DIN 30 678 standards.

Applications:

- PE fillers are designed to be added to polyethylene film and extrusion

resins, and general packaging materials.

- PP filler is designed to be added to fiber extrusion applications and

particularly suitable for producing bulk continuous filament (CBF), continuous

filament (CF) and staple fiber yarns for carpet pile and upholstery.

Filler Masterbatch is widely used in the plastic industry to reduce the

production cost and improve the character of final products. Moharamplast

uses quality virgin polymers in filler masterbatches to balance price and

quality.

Polyethylene Masterbatches produced by Moharamplast have optimum

dispersion and compatibility with raw material. Moharamplast offers black

and white masterbatch. Suitable for outdoor applications.

Applications:

General purpose polyethylene masterbatch that can be used for wide range

of applications, such as rotomolding, injection, film and blow molding.

Masterbatch

Moharamplast offers excellent dispersed white polypropylene filler

containing a special type of calcium carbonate less sensitive to moisture, to

produce strong, lightweight paint pails with enhanced appearance. It also

improves the mechanical properties of the plastic pails.

Applications:

A well dispersed polypropylene copolymer filler which is designed to be

added to injection applications, such as paint pails and buckets.

Small bags: Bag pallet with 14 layers consists of 70 PE bags of 20 kg (total 1,400 kg net), over wrapped with protective film.

Jumbo bag: Jumbo bag pallet with 1 Rafia bag of 1000 kg. Products in pellet form:

Small bags: Bag pallet with 12 layers consists of 60 PE bags of 25 kg (total 1,500 kg net), over wrapped with protective film.

Jumbo bag: Jumbo bag pallet with 1 Rafia bag of 750 kg, or 1,250 kg.
