Cutting Notes: Mark and store your cutting pieces according to the block they have been assigned to, as this will make it much easier when you start piecing. Be sure to read the entire pattern before you begin. The quilt is assembled using (28) vertical rows. Cutting Instructions for Fabrics A, B, I and J list individually cut pieces by row. Label each cut piece with the corresponding row.

Piecing Instructions
1. This pattern uses a combination of bargello style piecing techniques to create the wave effect present in the quilt top. Begin piecing strip sets using 4” x WOF strips, and the following fabric guide and diagrams. Piece strip sets in the exact fabric order listed. Strip sets will be created in warm and cool colorways. (Piece all strip sets using a ¼” seam and press as directed).
1a. Warm Colorway Strip Set: Create (2) strip sets measuring 28½” x WOF. Press (1) strip set down, and (1) up.
1b. Cool Colorway Strip Set: Create (2) strip sets measuring 39½” x WOF. Press (1) strip set down, and (1) up.
2. Begin subcutting units from the warm and cool strip sets in various widths for Rows 1-28 as listed. Label each strip with its assigned row. Unsew strips where directed to make partial strips. Diagrams show an example of how to subcut strip sets using the warm strip set. Use these subcutting techniques for both the warm and cool strip sets. Reference Row 1-28 diagrams located in future steps for reference when unsewing fabrics from strip sets.
