Priory Hospital Abbey House Mental Health services
Located at the foot of the Malvern Hills, Priory Abbey House provides a specialist
psychiatric rehabilitation and recovery service for 25 men aged 18 years or older in a
beautiful and relaxing setting. Our patients suffer from enduring mental illness and/
or personality disorder.
We support the needs of both detained and voluntary patients and can manage

We aim to support patients in developing the life skills needed to enter back into the
community where appropriate.
Service overview
Abbey House has a very strong focus on rehabilitation and moving people on to community living. Our pro-active and intensive rehabilitation approach promotes a fulfilled life outside of the hospital.

Patients are also able to attend drop-in sessions with an Educational Tutor. Our tutor identifies patients’ educational needs and interests. A range of formal and informal learning is available.
