In This Form Admin Creates the Multiple Users Account.





All Department Summary: (RPMS Working Functionality)

o Home(All Department Summary)

This Is Homepage and In This Section Display All the Department Activities. Display current activities of job in particular department vise., Proof Reading etc.





o Job Code Entry (Creating Job)

In This Section Creating New Job by Filling All The Information Like Job Code, Receive Date, Due Date, Codes, Composed. After User/Admin Can ‘Add Codes’ and filling all the job requirement information like codes, subject, question, etc. and user can save this job.





o Comp. Section Summary

In This Form Every Job Created By User/Admin in Job CodeEntry It Will Displaying Computer Section Department. And After You Can See All This Particular Job In This Form Displaying All Prcoesed Make By User/Admin. If User/Admin Completed All Process Like(Compose, 1st Corection, 2nd Corection)It’s Done, So It will Display In Green Colum Otherwise Colum Is ‘PENDING’So It will be display Red Color And Pending.





o Prof Reading Summary

In This Form Displaying All The Records Given By ‘Job Code Entry’ ,The Main Purpose This Section Is Proof Reading. In this Section Check By User/Admin All The Job And Read. Like (You Want To See The Colum Of (AP-2) It’s All Reading Section Are Completed By User/Admin. If Any Kind Of Changes The User/Admin Gives Remarks In The Remarks Filed or Job Are Correction less Then It Will Going To Plate Making Section.





o Plate Making Summary

Plate Making Section user can set of plates for the job. In this section displaying Codes, set no, pages, quantity etc. After this entire job user can create number of set and also gives plate start and plate end.





o Printing Section Summary Report

In This Section Printing The Entire Job Created By User/Admin. You Can Print Particular Job and Also See the Details of Job. In The Printing Section User/Admin Can Print Day To Day Or Time By Time Printing? In This Section You Can Give the rights On the Job like Finishing the Job or Not. After This Printing Section Job Are Diverted In The Packing Section. This Section Is As Under.





o Packing Section Summary

In the Packing Section Displaying all the completed job in the printing section. In the Packing Section filling all the information as per requirement by client like counting, gathering, numbering, OMR filling, etc… After filling all this information as client requirement and filling packing final entry and submitted.





o Dispatch Schedule Summary

This is Despatch Shedule Summary Section it’s display all the completed job in the printing and packing section. User can Dispatch the job it will diverted in Finishing Section. If the job are not completed all the procedure in the packing section or the printing section so it’s can’t Dispatch this job.





o Finish Job Summary

This Section is the final stage of the RPMS. it’s display all the finishing job in the particular

department.





o Report Form

This is reporting Section all the job user can see in the PDF, EXCEL and WORD format User can see particular Department Vise. All This Reporting displaying department vise and starting date to ending date.

o 1.1 All Department Summary Report

This is all department summary report it’s display all the details in the particular department vise. We

can see the all department list like (Computer, Proof reading, Printing etc..) In the all this department displaying all the job and what department in this section job are pending or completed by user.





o 1.2 Job Summary Report.

This is job summary report in this report display all the details of the job code entry section. We can

see the all process done by user. It’s display number of job are available and all the information given by the client.

o 1.3 Computer Department Summary Report.

This is Computer Department Summary Reports are display number of job are available in this

department.





o 1.4 Proof Reading Summary Report.

This is Proof Reading Summary Report its display number of job and the current situation of the job.

o 1.5 Plate Reading Summary Report.

This Report is Plate Making Section Summary Report it can display created number of plates of the

particular job. And assigning the set of the job.





o Print Department Summary Report.

This is Printing Summary Report it’s display all the details of the current stage of the job. And also

display what job should be

o Packing Section Summary Report.

This is Packing Section Summary Report display all the packing stage of the job. This report display all

the activates the job.





o Dispatch Summary Report.

This is Dispatch Summary Report its display all the dispatch job in this report. .
