Grilled Pineapple

Prepare grill to medium heat. Melt butter and stir in brown sugar until dissolved, add rum fla-voring. Brush onto both sides of the pineapple, let sit for a few minutes while grill heats up.

Once grill is medium heat, brush grates lightly with oil. Place pineapple slices on the grill. Cook until lightly browned and grill marks appear. Flip pineapple and baste with butter mixture. Con-tinue cooking, and basting until pineapple is tender, 4 or 5 minutes, you want it golden brown, not charred.
