Update management/Maintenance Agreements A Maintenance Agreement can only be concluded in conjunction with the most current program release. Each individual release level can be purchased at the price of the corresponding annual Maintenance Agreement. It is also possible to purchase the last current release and receive a discount of 25% on the corresponding purchase price amount for existing licensed modules. Mesonic will be happy to quote prices upon request.Maintenance Agreements can only be concluded for all implemented program modules, not for individual modules.

Use of different operating systems, user interfaces, database systems and languages:All products can be run on the following operating systems or user interfaces: Windows 2000, Windows 2003, Windows 2008,Windows XP, Windows Vista (from Business), Windows 7 Database system: MSDE, SQL Server 2000, 2005, 2008, SQL Express 2005 and 2008 R2 When applying a Site-License policy, WL/CWL MP System as well as user licenses are excepted from price reductions.The standard version is released in German and English, further languages upon request. There is a 10% surcharge for each respective program module per additional language. Rental:Rental of MESONIC products is possible. The rental period must run for at least one year.A maintenance agreement is included in the rental price. Rental prices and conditions of use upon request.
