How do I add a perk to a booking?Perks may be added to eligible bookings by contacting the Sunwing Sales Centre at 1-877-SUNWING

How many free perks can be added to an eligible booking?One free perk can be added per person per booking.

Can different perks be added for different passengers on an eligible booking?No. All passengers on the booking will receive the same perk.

$50 Reduced Deposit What are the eligibility requirements?Bookings must be made between Aug 3 – Sep 6, 2019 for departures Dec 18, 2019 to April 30, 2020.

What if there is an Early Booking Bonus (EBB) on file?In the event that there is an Early Booking Bonus (EBB) on file then the Early Booking Bonus final payment date will supersede the final payment date. To receive the Early Booking Bonus promotional pricing, payment is required on the Early Booking date. Should you choose to keep the regular final payment date, the Early Booking Bonus pricing will not be honoured and regular pricing will apply. Final payment is then due in line with Sunwing’s regular policies.

What if I have purchased insurance, seat selection, or an excursion? Should they be included in the total price paid when submitting a claim?All upgrades and extras are not to be included in the total price paid when submitting a claim.

Am I able to register more than 7 days after booking has been made?Unfortunately, in order to be eligible for this promotion you must register within 7 days of making a booking.

How do I make a claim?Simply visit Sunwing.ca and log in to My Booking Portal and Submit the automated claim form. It will compare the price of the package that was booked with the current price. If the price has dropped you will have the option of submitting the claim for a refund.

If the price of my vacation drops and I choose to submit a claim, how long does it take to receive a refund?Expect to receive a refund by cheque in approximately 4-6 weeks addressed to the guest that registered for the promotion and made the claim.

Frequently Asked Questions

Price Drop Guarantee “Price Drop Guarantee” (PDG) is applicable to bookings purchased in Canadian Dollars for Canadian or Buffalo departures. A $50 per person administration fee will be applied to all claims submitted. PDG is only available on packages in which Sunwing Airlines, Travel Service, Viva Aerobus or TUI Airways are the air carriers and is not applicable to Wild Wednesday, Take Off Thursday promotions, groups, air or hotel/cruise only, cruise packages or vacation product using carriers other than the airlines listed. To qualify for PDG, each customer on the booking must register within 7 days of reserving their vacation which must be paid in full prior to processing a PDG claim. Only one claim per person allowed which must be filed at least 60 days prior to scheduled departure.

$50 Deposit

A non-refundable $50 per person deposit is payable at the time of booking (reduced from standard $250 per person), which will be deducted from the final payment. Final payment will be due in line with Sunwing’s regular policies.

Pick Your perk

$50 Excursion CreditReceive a $50 Excursion Credit per person applicable on excursions offered by Sunwing Experiences only when you book a vacation package to Top-Rated Family, Adult or Luxury resorts. The credit must be redeemed towards an excursion with a minimum spend of $100 CAD per person by Sep 30, 2019.

Seat SelectionSeat Selection is offered on vacation packages to Top Rated Family, Top-Rated Adult or Top-Rated Luxury Collection resorts and is applicable to standard seating on all flight sectors. Seats are subject to availability. Those who wish to upgrade to Elite Plus must pay the difference of $30 per person per sector. Seats must be selected by Sep 30, 2019.

Private Round-trip TransfersPrivate Round-trip transfers offer is available on vacation packages to Top-Rated Luxury resorts based on double occupancy bookings only. Singles do not qualify. Transfers must be booked by Sep 30, 2019.
