Price and availability follows a slightly different process as we are now able to pull real time information

which has improved the accuracy or the information we are displaying.

Start by entering items into your shopping cart by clicking on your shopping cart

You can also start by using the quick order form, product catalog or uploading a spread sheet using the

file upload button.

To search the product catalog either type a partial part number in the search field or browse by product

category.

Once we have items in the shopping cart we will need additional information to determine the

availability. For example if we have an immediate need for a product, we will have to select Emergency

Must Ship Same Day (NEXT DAY AIR FRIEGHT CHARGES MAY APPLY). This automatically populated the

request date on each item to today’s date.

Next we can proceed through the checkout process by scrolling down and clicking on proceed to

Checkout.

We then enter our shipping information the address will default to the address associated with your

account. If you would like to select a different address click on enter a new address.

Next you will select the shipping method. Default shipping method is best way available, or you can

select a carrier for expedited shipping.

Click Next

Now you enter a PO number into the system which is required to receive availability. Order will not be

placed until you submit.

Click Next to proceed to the order review screen. You are not placing an order at this time.

From here we can confirm the information we have selected on prior screens.

Scroll down and we can now see product availability, keep in mind that the date displayed is the date

product will arrive on your dock.

From here you can either place the order or go back to your cart

*If you are not placing an order at this time we encourage you to empty your cart so that

products are not ordered by mistake at a later time.
