Transcript of Prezi is a flash-based presentation software and storytelling tool for exploring and sharing ideas...
Prezi is a flash-based presentation software and storytelling tool for exploring and sharing ideas
upon a virtual canvas .
Prezi is distinguished by its Zooming User Interface (ZUI), which enables users to zoom in and out of
their presentation media .
Prezi allows users to display and navigate through information within a 2.5D space on the -Z axis.
The main goal of this design tool is to provide designers with a more
interesting and exciting presentation .
With Prezi it is much easier for your audience to see the greater view and to keep the attention of your listeners by zooming and sliding over one big
map .
What are the differences to other apps ?Prezi develops slideshows in a different way, instead of creating slide based presentations you can use this application to create non-
linear presentations .
It’s possible to zoom in and out of a map rather than moving between slides. When watching presentations the interface is very nice and easy to use, it’s also much more attractive than many other online
presentation applications .
• you can chose to write something, put a file in it, frame something, create a path, and change the
colors.
• To write something, double click anywhere on the background, and a text box will appear. then type
what you want inside the box.
• To insert, click on the circle in the top left hand corner of the template named “insert”. Then chose “load file” if you want to add a file from your computer. Or to add a simple
shape, click on “shapes”.
•To frame something, click on “frame” in the top left hand corner. Then chose which way you want to
frame the chosen item.

A blue circle will appear on top of the item. Click and hold the mouse button and move the item to where you want it
to be located at.

•Now click on the first thing you want to show up in your presentation, and then the second, and so on. A line will appear, like you’re “connecting the dots.
• Click on the grey circle “show” , then “full screen”and look at your presentation to see if you can improve
it or not.
