The main screen of PMS is the Dashboard. Dashboard would give visibility of all activities on-board, likewise Maintenance Activity Pending today, Activities Pending till date, maintenance schedule, Person on board, Stop Card Issues , Health and Safety, asset breakdown – Everything on single DashBoard,

Description: As per the selection the valves will be filtered i.e Pending , completed Tasks

Fixed Asset CategoryFixed Asset Category: From here you can insert Fixed Asset Category and sub categoryFixed Asset Main Category can be Machines, Engines, etc.,. Sub Category refers to Type of Machines with in the Main Category

Location MasterGeneral Details: Here you can record location , sublocations and other details . Location refers to the Main Location of the RIG. For Example the Main Location could be ALBORZ and sub location refers to the Area within the RIG (like wise, Engine Room, Pump Room, Catering Section, etc., Add Sublocations and Capactity. Capacity can also be area of the SubLocation.

After adding each sublocation, click on Add to insert in the GRID

Fixed AssetGeneral Details: You can define assets and it location ansd sublocation

Characteristics: Here define the Characteristics of the rig. Likewise, Manufacture, Model, etc.,

Maintenance Activities: In this tab asset maintainance activities are recorded with its frequency

Consumable Details: Required consumables for the assets are captured here

Spares Details: In this tab all spare parts details are maintained

Other Checklist: Activities needs to be checked during the maintainance of assets

Characteristics are the features of the Asset. Characteristics data are populated from the USERLIST Master. Capture the value against each Characteristics. (example shown in the screens

Define the Activity, Standard Observation, Lower Limit, Upper Limit, Tolerance % and Frequency here.After defining each activity, click on ADD button to add the activity in the activity list.Please Note: The Standard Observation , Lower limit, Upper Limit and Tolerance % are the Standards, which is defined here. These are not mandate columns.

Fixed Asset – Maintenance Activities TABMaintenance Activity of a Machine/Equipment is pre defined in this screen. The activities defined here is invoked in the Maintenance job card as per the Frequency defined here.

Capture Information such as : POB By personnel name, POB By company name, Daily POB movement report, CDC Information, Cabin allocations, Lifeboat allocations, History of POBShift, ROOM, Life Boat : Information in the Drop Down is populated from UserList

Employees On Rig (Departure)Emloyee on Rig (Departure): Personal on Board is tracked through this form. The web based personnel on board software solution. Tracks the arrivals and departures of personnel including their cabins, lifeboat allocation and much more.

This form will allow to depart only PEOPLE on Board. On Board is captured through Emploees on Rig (Arrival) form.

Job CardPreventive Maintenance job card in which details of a job to be performed is captured. It is used as a means to authorise and instruct the Maintenance People to take up the Maintenance work. The content and formats of the job card are all populated from the Asset Master.

Activity Name is poulated from the Pre-defined Maintnenance activity defined in the Asset Master.

Standard Observation, Lower Limit, Upper Limit and Tolerance is also populated as per the standards defined in the Asset Master.

Last Observed Date: is the Observation ityduring the Last Maintenance performed

Dated On: Shows the last date when the Activity was performed

Actual Observation. Capture here the Observation and Activity description performed now.

Start time and End Time: This is specific to the activity.

Status : Select the status. Status can be Open/Completed OR in-progress.

Defects / Resolution / Remarks : These are user Defined fields
