Prestashop Preorder Module

Buyers can now preorder out of stock products easily.

Introduction

Now it is very convinient for buyers to preorder any product, if admin has set the product as preorder product from back-end. Product combination can also be set as preorder. Buyer can either pay the full amount or partial amount to book the preorder product depending on the payment option provided by the admin for the product.

New Preorder

Admin will be able to set the product as preorder only when the product is available in the catalog.

Select the product in search tab while setting new preorder.

Admin can also set the product combination as preorder.

Preorder product purchase is possible either by partial or full payment option.

Admin can enable/disable the automatic availability of preorder product.

Admin has to specify the quantity and date & time after which the preorder product will

be available.

Payment Options

Two payment options are available for customers -

Full Payment- If admin choose full payment option while setting preorder, then buyer has to pay the full amount to book the preorder product.

Partial Payment- If admin choose partial payment option while setting preorder, then to reserve the preorder product buyer has to pay partial amount.

--- Partial amount can be set as fixed amount or can be percentage of product base price.--- The partial amount will be tax and shipping exclusive amount

Once the amount is paid a voucher will be created, with amount equal to the preorder price. Now, after the availability of product when buyer add the preorder product in cart the voucher will be automatically applied on the cart.
