Features

Enhanced Tooling as Standard

Amada Press Brake Tooling is through hardened,

our patented Amanit® process combines optimum

surface hardness, lubricity and grinding to the

highest tolerances within the industry. These

manufacturing processes not only ensure that the

tooling provides optimum Press Brake performance,

but also maximise tool durability and component

accuracy far better than that offered by conventional

Press Brake tooling.

This durability brings cost benefits by providing

a ‘long-life’ tool and perhaps more importantly, by helping eliminate the need for secondary

working or finishing of products following the bending process.

Amada Press Brake tooling is designed for use on all Amada Press Brakes and is also

compatible with most other manufacturer’s Press Brake machines.

Standard Tooling Lengths

Amada Press Brake (RG) Tooling is available in:

Long lengths 835mm

Short lengths 415mm

This provides a comfortable handling length for easy

one man operator set-up.

Sectionalised Tooling Lengths

Amada Press Brake (RG) Tooling is available in

sectionalised lengths for convenience and efficiency.

Sectionalised length ‘A’

Punch (Ear Type):

100, 10, 15, 20, 40, 50, 200, 300, 100 = 835mm

Die:

10, 15, 20, 40, 50, 100, 200, 400 = 835mm

Sectionalised length ‘B’
