Press / Photographer Registration Instructions

To all registrants, Press / Photographer Registration have been renewed. Please read below instructions to create an account and submit registration. We recommend to fill in address information in Japanese if located in Japan. 0 Already have an account

If you have registered in the past, please click [Have an account? Sign in] at the bottom right of the top page.

*②Go to the "Start Registration" section.

1. Create an account

An account is required for registration. Please see below to create new account. (1)Email Address and Password

Fill in Email Address, Password and Confirm Password then click [Register]. *Please read privacy policy and tick off “I agree to the privacy policy” to continue.

*An email: Activation Instructions with activation link will be sent. *If you do not receive email, please check “Receiving email sent from our system” in Troubleshooting. (2)Account activation

By clicking the link embedded in the Email: Activation Instructions, your account will be created. *An Email: Activation Completed will be sent.

A message will be displayed when your account has been activated successfully. Please move on to the next step.

2. Adding registrant and submit

(1)Sign in

Move to [Sign in] page and use account information to Log in. *This screen will be in between.

(2)Start Register

After signing in, you will see active events listed in [Available Events]. Please click Register next to “Rakuten Fashion Week ‒“to proceed.

(3)Fill in Company Information

Please enter company information of the registrant

Please tick off “or enter company details manually” and enter company details manually. Please note that Address information might be used to send physical invitation.

Now, please enter registrantsʼ details. You can add multiple attendee belonging to the same company. *fields with asterisk are mandatory -Attendee First Name* -Attendee Last Name* -Attendee Job Title -Email* -Confirm Email* -Attendee Telephone -Fax -Credential Type You can add a local address while in "TOKYO" for the event if necessary.

(5)Upload Photo and Work Samples

Next, please upload photo of the registrant. We ask to upload photo for all attendees from 2020 S/S season. Please fill in work samples. 過去に⼿掛けられた作品のリンクを⼊⼒(最⼤で 3 点)⼊⼒してください。 By clicking［Add Another Attendee］you can add additional attendee of same company. Please click [Continue] to submit.

(6)Submit Registration

Please see List of Credentials you have created. Not that your registration is still in progress and must be submitted.

By clicking [Edit], you can update details of each credentials. You can remove by clicking [delete] if necessary. Please make sure there are no missing information before clicking [Submit Registration] . Submit Completion will be displayed.

3. Your Registrations

Your Registrations will be listed in your top page. Click [Register] to submit attendee for another company/organization. You can see latest status of each credentials by clicking each [detail] of “Your Registrations”

Status for each attendee is displayed. [Submitted] your registration has been sent [Need Photo] photo is missing or updated [Missing Work] please add work samples [Other Problem] other problems( please check email sent from the system） [Denied] your registration has been declined [Approved] your registration has been approved *Email will be sent when status is updated Your status must be [Approved] to receive pass card during the Fashion Week. Please make sure to Print this page / Show this page at the entrance of Fashion Week.

To edit registrant information, please log in to CREDENTIALS and click [Details] in Your Registration, and then click [Resume] next to each registrantsʼ status.

Troubleshooting

Receiving Email sent from our system

Q. Notification emails does not appear in my mailbox. Why ? A. Notification email will be sent several times from press@jfw.jp. Depending on registrantsʼ environment, emails will not appear in your mailbox. Please make sure to check your mail settings to receive email from press@jfw.jp before registration. -Restricting email with URL links. -Restricting email sent from mail servers -spam filters -not including press@jfw.jp in domain/address designation reception *Settings above may be set as default in Cellular phone/Smartphone. Q. How can I “An account has already been created with this email.” A. Your Email seems to have an account already. You can reset your password from [Reset Password]. Please follow instruction email sent from the system. Q. Activation link has been expired. A. Please click [Resend activation email] shown in bottom of sign in page to resend activation email.

Q. Error is shown when entering company information manually. A：Following fields are mandatory for company information. Address1 City Postal Code Country Company Type Phone Number (no hyphens accepted) Registrant Status

Q. Registrant Status [Need Photo] is displayed. A：Photo for each attendee is required. Click [Details] listed under Your Registrations and then click [Resume] to update details of attendee. Other Status: [Missing Work] Work Sample is required. [Denied] Your registration has been declined. [Approved] Your registration has been approved. Email related will be sent to when status is updated.
