Orders  • Minimum  opening  order  is  20  pieces,  minimum  reorder  is  10  pieces• Orders  can  be  submitted  by  telephone  or  email• Orders  can  not  be  cancelled  beyond  5  days  of  the  purchase  order

submission• For  first  time  orders,  please  submit  company  shipping  and  billing

addresses• A  10%  discount  is  applied  for  all  orders  above  $5000

Payment  Terms  • A  non-­‐refundable  deposit  of  20%  of  total  purchase  order  is  required  for  all

orders.    The  remaining  balance  must  be  paid  upon  delivery.  We  acceptpayment  by  cash,  company  check  or  credit  card.

• A  $30  fee  will  be  charged  for  returned  checks• A  late  payment  charge  of  1.5%  will  be  added  to  orders  past  due

Shipping  • All  orders  are  shipped  via  USPS.    International  orders  are  usually  shipped

via  DHL  or  Fed  Ex.    Other  shipping  methods  are  available  upon  request.  • COD  shipping  is  available  for  an  additional  $10  to  shipping  charge

Returns  • MANA  KAI  designs  are  handmade  designs.  Small  variations  in  size,  color

and  finish  can  be  expected  • Returns  must  be  submitted  within  five  days  of  receipt  in  order  to  receive

an  RA  number  for  replacement  or  in-­‐house  credit.    Returns  will  not  be  accepted  without  an  RA  number.
