The Total Rewards Café was designed to help you see all of the ways Sysco rewards you at a glance.

Visit the café to see an overview of your annual pay and incentives, and what Sysco pays for your benefits and other perks. Your

online statement will also show your contributions to things like your medical benefits and 401(k). From there, you can link to

vendor sites and more information.

To sweeten the deal, you can access the café anytime, from anywhere, using your computer or mobile device. You can even print a personalized total rewards statement.

The Total Rewards Café was created as a response to feedback from the last Sysco Speaks Survey. Participate in this year’s survey Sept. 6 - 30. Watch for more info at your work location.

Log in to SyscoTotalRewards.com to see the value of your total rewards package. You’ll also find direct links from SyscoBenefits.com and our intranet site.

To log in:

If you enrolled for Sysco benefits, enter the same user ID and password you used to enroll.

If you enrolled for Sysco benefits but don’t remember your ID and password, click Forgot User ID or Password? and follow the prompts.

If this is your first time visiting the site, click Are You a First Time/New User? You’ll be prompted to enter the last four digits of your Social Security number and your date of birth to create a new account.

To see your online total rewards statement, click Your Total Rewards in the top menu.

HOW TO VISIT THE CAFÉ

Sometimes the numbers in the Total Rewards Café may vary from

numbers in other sources, like your pay stub or Fidelity dashboard. Knowing how the data is displayed and refreshed will help you understand the differences. Be sure to check out the notes

on the site to see what data has been included and the last time

the data was brewed.
