• GATHER – Presidio Telecom Solutions (PTS) will complete anaccurate inventory/audit based on bills & contracts to establish technical requirements & cost containment objectives.

• EVALUATE – PTS will then evaluate the current network & compliance requirements against available technical solutions (vendor options), and apply “best practices” as established byindustry standards.

• CONSULT, DESIGN, & RECOMMEND – PTS will create a technical design(s) based on the specific short & long term goals of your project, and then provide a side by side comparison of multiple solution providers along with a score card on how each stack up to the objectives established by the customer.

• NEGOTIATE – PTS will negotiate best pricing, contract terms, & service level agreements. PTS will specifically review 23 contract points that are designed to balance the legal contractual terms between our clients and their telecom vendors.

• IMPLEMENT & INTEGRATE – PTS will then order, tract, and professionally “Project Manage” the implementation off-loading this assignment from your over tasked IT team.

• MANAGE – PTS is then committed to serve as an operational partner to hep manage the vendor relationship ensuring contract compliance, and assisting with MACs, expense management, and ongoing IT/Telecom business evolutions.
