Calvary by the Sea
Endowment Committee
Calvary by the Sea is blessed to have an endowment of
slightly over $260,000. Each year we can distribute up
to 4.5% of the value of the endowment for projects at
CBTS. Based on the 12/31/13 value, the amount
available for distribution this year is $11,000. The
endowment committee plans to submit the proposed
projects to the Council of Deacons at the regularly
scheduled October meeting. We need your help to
identify projects by Monday, September 15. Please
share your ideas about how these funds could strengthen
and expand the mission of Calvary by the Sea.
The endowment committee has posted a form at http://
tinyurl.com/CBTSEndowment2014 that may be used
to request funding for worthy projects for this year’s
distribution. Please contact a member of the
Endowment Team with questions.

victims of the sex industry deserve our prayerful
support.

Prayers for their work in a very unstable and
dangerous part of the world.
Prayers to help them decide whether they should
continue to work in such a challenging environment
for the sake and safety of their children.
