1. Mapping of the school-age children (including their condition)
2. Distributing “Kartu Cerdas” the card for the poor student to
get access the budget for schooling
3. Providing scholarship for the poor children
4. Providing scholarship for the good achievement student
5. Developing the inclusive school
6. Delegating the budget management to the school (dana BOS)
7. Improving the quality of the teacher and curriculum
8. Improving the quality of school infrastructure
9. Developing the 12 years compulsory study (wajardik 12
tahun)
10.Developing the program of free school at the elementary until
high school
11.Developing the foster parents program (Orangtua Asuh)
