unlawful threat by word or act to do violence to a person, coupled with an apparent
ability to do so, creates a well-founded fear in such person, & such violence is imminent.
Aggravated AssaultSame as above but made
while displaying a weapon.
Battery - F.S. 784.03 Actually & Intentionally
touches or strikes another person against the will of that person or intentionally causes bodily harm to another person.
Aggravated Battery While committing battery,
causes great bodily harm, permanent disability, or permanent disability or disfigurement.

SEXTINGFlorida Statute 847.0141 - Effective October 1, 2011
A MINOR commits the offense of sexting if he or she knowingly uses a computer, or any other device capable of electronic data transmission or distribution, to transmit or distribute to another MINOR any photograph or video of any person which depicts nudity & is harmful to minors.
Consequences:
-1st. Offense – non-criminal offense punishable by a teen court appearance and judgment or up to 8 hours of community service and or a $60.00 fine.
-- 2nd. Offense – Misdemeanor (arrest-able offense.)
