Kelly Switzer has been with the General Agency since 1998, a key committee
member in the implementation of the agency’s in house Claims Department where
she continues to work today. Kelly oversees the Claims Department for Commercial
Lines, Personal Lines, and Employee Benefit Departments and also assists customers
with utilization within our Risk Management Center. Kelly holders her Certified
Insurance Service Representative designation with the National Alliance.
