Project Plan
Including suggestions & Completing the JOURNEY SO FAR
To increase the academic performance of the students in our college so that no student should have CGPA less than 6 point.
This project is specific for us because it will help us to improve our performance also.
We would get a chance to interact with our higher authorities and get their ideas.
The reasons for students lagging behind could be find out.
We could suggest our Institute for different steps which could be taken for the better performance of the students.
There is a saying that “journey of thousand miles must begin with a single step” So beginning from our classroom to the students outside our classroom this project would develop a self confidence and determination inside every students through the process of motivation.
SCOPE
Meeting with more number of students and faculty members easily as we are a part of this Institution.
We can explore the weak points of students and find out the solution to it.
New methods of teaching can be developed.
Students can be benefited by new learning methods and may give better performance in their academics.
METHODOLOGY Made an action plan. We met with our mentor and Prof. Kalyan Banerjee sir to get
the real understandings of the concerned topic. Focused on the below average students (i.e. having CGPA less
than 6) Of 2nd & 3rd year students . We subdivided the students in different subgroups like Odia

Prepared set of questionnaires for each subdivided groups . Distribution of questionnaire to students of different branches
of both the years. Collection of all the information and drawn the conclusion.
