• Concession for the design, management, maintenance, rehabilitation, modernization and expansion of public lighting in the town of Pompeii (Naples)Sieme manages and maintains, through the project company Pompeii Luce Srl, the entire lighting public system of the city of Pompeii, consisting in approximately 4,000 points of lights. Sieme provided in designing the interventions of the plant redevelopment and modernization, realizing later additional new facilities in areas not previously served.The management of the entire system with the interventions of maintenance and optimization, allowed the reduction of electricity consumption while ensuring the elimination of failures and compliance of the rules and laws in force.

• Concession for the design, construction and functional and economic management of a photovoltaic systems network in the town of Capua (CE)Sieme, member of the project company Green Revolution Ltd, has developed photovoltaic plants with a total capacity of 1 MW on the roofs of the school buildings in the town of CapuaIn this context, Sieme took care about the plant design and creation, optimizing its configuration in order to obtain a production of energy which is completely transferred to the electrical network distributor.The company then conducts and maintains facilities, managing relations with the GSE for the payment of the tariffs and with a distributor for the release and sale of produced energy.

Concessions and project financing

• Concessions of the executive planning, construction and subsequent operation and maintenance of a turbine ga regeneration system with the respective fuel supply at the University Campus Magna Graecia of Catanzaro.Sieme, through the project company MGE Ltd, has designed and built a regenerative turbine gas for the the University Hospital Magna Graecia of Catanzaro.After the start up, the company conducts and maintains the facility caring, for a period which will last 14 years, the entire technical management and the supply of fuel operation and interaction with the electrical distributor.
