BAD HABITS

➤ For bad habits we intend when a person always repeats the same action, and takes the same behaviour that is wrong.

➤ Every human being makes a lot of negative habits, and he usually doesn't notice them.

THE MOST NEGATIVE HABITS ARE:

➤ Nail biting

➤ Compulsive shopping

➤ Hair pulling or twirling

➤ Cracking knuckles

➤ Lip biting

➤ Smoking

➤ Doesn't eat healthy

➤ Stay at home every time

➤ To up so late.

➤ To complain every time

➤ To always take alcohols

THERE ARE MANY WAYS TO BREAK BAD HABITS

➤ NAIL BITING: you have to put bitter or spicy nail polish on the nails. If you try to bite your nails, you will notice that it has got bad taste.

➤ WAKE UP SO LATE: you have to put a lot of alarm clocks before the hour of your appointments.

➤ COMPLAIN EVERY TIME: our life is one, so you have to try to live all moments of your life in the best ways possible. So, be happy and relax yourself.

HEALTHY LIFE

HOW CAN YOU HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE?➤ If you want a healthy life you must do a lot of sacrifices.

➤ One of the most important things is to move your body. If you always stay at home on the sofa,watching TV, certainly you will not keep you fit. So, GO OUT or DO SOMETHING, and DO SPORT.

➤ If you are tired and bored, and you don't want to go to the gym, go out with your friends. Ten minutes every day are enough.

HOW CAN YOU HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE?➤ Another important thing that you have

to do, is to eat heathy food.

➤ If you often eat at fast food, your body will be filled up with saturated fats, and you sure will get fat.

➤ So, try to eat more fruit, and vegetable.

➤ Try to eat less junk-food.

➤ Eat less confectionary.

➤ Try to decrease the doses. For example eat less pasta, and eat it only for lunch.

➤ For dinner eat fish, meat or cheese, with vegetables.

➤ Try new and different food.

HOW CAN YOU HAVE A HEALTHY LIFE?➤ A lot of teenagers smoke or often drink

alcoholics.

➤ ⬆ This is a very big problem, because they are young, and they can damage their body and the most important organs of their body.

➤ They can also get sick, and in future they could die of graves diseases like cancer.

➤ It's important to say that almost all diseases can not be cured.

➤ So, if you are stressed or nervous, try to stay with yourself in other way: For example DO A LONG, RELAXING SHOWER. Or do something that you like to do.

➤ Try new things.

➤ Try to have more passions that make you happy.

GOOD HABITS

➤ Do sport, at least twice a week.

➤ Cure your body.

➤ Believe in yourself.

➤ Work hard to reach your goals.

➤ Drink more water.

➤ Tidy your room.

➤ Save your money.

➤ Do a lot of shower.

➤ Drink tea.

➤ Eat healthy.

GOOD HABITS

➤ For good habits we intend when we always do something that it's great for our health.

➤ We intend something that help us, and doesn't make any problems.

➤ It's something that you mustn't loose.
