Hours of Work Policy

• Office hours are from 9:00 am until 5:00

pm

• Employees are expected to be within the

company before 8:45 am

• Employees are obligated to report for

each and every working schedule on

time, every time

Attendance Policy• An employee is counted as absent if he fails to

report on the scheduled time and the absence has not been approved in advance as required by the department

• Tardiness of employeeso An employee’s full shift is replaced by the

supervisor in case of an employee’s failure to report to work

o Unless with supervisory approval, an employee may leave work earlier than his shift

o Employees are not allowed to take an extended meal time or break period without approval

o A requirement for employees is to follow established guidelines for recording their actual hours worked.

Leave of Absence Policy

For a leave of absence to be valid, it must

comply to the following:

o Authorize leave of absence from the Human

Resource department

o A written request must be submitted and

should include proposed starting and ending

dates for the leave period

o Personal leave of absence should not exceed 6

months for any specific personal circumstance

Overtime Policy

• An approval from the supervisor must be made in

advance

• Employees may receive overtime pay at a rate of

one and one-half times or their regular pay for

worked time in 40 hours excess per workweek

• Grounds for termination include but is not limited to:– Reporting for work under the influence of alcohol or

and expense reports– Excessive absenteeism or tardiness– Fighting on MOLECO Inc. premises– Abuse of equipment in any kind– Insubordination– Gambling of any kind within MOLECO Inc. Premises

Rules of Conduct
