    1) KPI of COEs and RGs will be evaluated by the directors and leaders.2) Teaching schedule for those who choose 70% on research will be

    reduced by year 2010.3) KPI for all RAs must be implemented by year 2010 onwards.4) In 2009, RAs should focus more on publications, research monographs

    & Innovations (Patents, Commercialize products, technology licensing,IPR).

    5) All members should decide their RA, RG and KPI (70%, 30%) byDecember 2009. If any member wants to join other RA or change their
