PeopleTree does the system Study of Advanced Enzyme payroll and collates Master Employee basic information, Master Employee Salary Details & all other documents relevant for Payroll Operations.

PeopleTree will provide Migration document (Soft copy) to Advanced Enzyme, prepared on the basis of initial discussions and System Study.

Completion of Monthly Payroll Operations.

Overtime PayoutsMONTHLY Overtime Process

Monthly Overtime Hours of employees to be provided by Advanced Enzyme to PeopleTree HR Services Pvt.

PeopleTree HR Services to Process monthly Overtime Payments as per Company Policy.

Interim OT payment statement to be provided by PeopleTree HR Services for Validation to Advanced Enzyme.

Advanced Enzyme to validate the Interim OT statement and Provide feedback on statement to PeopleTree HR Services.

PeopleTree HR Services to Incorporate changes in case if any in the system and provide the Final OT Statement along with Bank Statements in the standard format (as per migration document).

Completion of Monthly OT Payouts.

Provident FundPeopleTree HR Services Pvt Ltd to provide :• PF form 12A• PF challan format along with Form 5 &10, • Form 3 and 6A• Labor Welfare Report

On Completion of Monthly Payroll :• PF Reports and challan format provided to Advanced Enzyme, to be Authenticated and filed with the department by PeopleTree HR Services • Copy of the Acknowledgement to be provided to Advanced Enzyme.

Monthly and Annual Statutory Compliances.

STATUTORY COMPLIANCES

ESICPeopleTree to provide:• Monthly ESI report & challan format , Form-32 for 1/2 yearly returns to Advanced Enzyme.

On Completion of Monthly Payroll :• ESIC Reports and challan format provided to Advanced Enzyme, to be Authenticated and filed with the department by PeopleTree HR Services• Copy of the Acknowledgement to be provided to Advanced Enzyme.

Monthly and Annual Statutory Compliances.

PEOPLETREE TO FACILITATE THE PROCESS OF APPLYING for Advanced Enzyme ESIC CODE (One time activity - Process apart from monthly standard activities)

Professional Tax & Income Tax

People Tree HR Service Pvt Ltd to provide:• Monthly PT report & challan format, to Advanced Enzyme.• Form 16, 12 BA and Form 24 for associates to be provided to Advanced Enzyme

On Completion of Monthly Payroll :• PT Reports and challan format provided to Advanced Enzyme, to be Authenticated and filed with the department by PeopleTree HR Services• Copy of the Acknowledgement to be provided to Advanced Enzyme.
