individual mistakes.

If they cannot change thelayout, then there must besome facility for easy

movement within the factoryarea (like automatic loadingshifting machines, practiced ingood manufacturingcompanies).

workers do not use safety

measures as per theguidance, and supervisors do

not bother impose the norms)

Resistance to change (as the

workers and employees areold and are not open to work

in new methods).

Supervisors must inform and

guide the workers about the

hazardous effect if they donot use safety measures.

practices for easy acceptance
