CORRECTIVE AND PREVENTIVE MAINTENANCE ANDPRESERVATION

The cleaning procedure should be executed at the start of the working day and after each patient. Always turn the main switch off before executing the procedures of daily maintenance.

Cleaning of the CabinetThe furniture should be cleaned with soft cloth to remove dust, or moderately moistened

with pure water or mild soap solution. To remove grease from unpainted parts, a “white” cloth should be lightly moistened

in alcohol, rubbed on the site and then removing any residual alcohol using a “white” dry flannel. Rapid evaporation of the alcohol decreases the chances to cause corrosion of metal fittings of furniture, as occurs with water.

Product as brushes, steel sponges and other abrasives cannot be used, because they can knock off the paint or transform a bright part into dull.

Cleaning of wireframes and metal accessories:- Epoxy paint: use a cloth moistened with mild soap.- Chroming: Use clean, dry cloth to remove dust from parts. When you need a greater cleaning, use only “white” cloth moistened with a little mild

detergent, with subsequent rinsing and drying of parts. Do not use the abrasive side of any type of cleaning sponge.

Cleaning of the Delivery UnitTo clean the equipment, we recommend the use of “BactSpray (Reg nº MS:

3.2079.0041.001-5) or any other similar product:Active component: Benzalkonium chloride (tri-quaternary ammonium)Sol à 50%....................................................0,329%Chemical composition: Butyl Glycol, Decyl polyglucose, Sodium Benzoate,
