• Firstly I wanted a song I wasn’t familiar with, this way I would be making my Video original- rather than copying a previous one.

• When I then came across The Pretty Reckless – You make me wanna die I thought it was very striking and theatrical – a song I could imagine being fun to work with.

• Now I had the song I started laying down some basic ideas of style, theme etc that I wanted to portray in my Video.

• The filming process was fun as I had everything planned out and knew exactly what I wanted my Video to look like.

•I took a range of different shots and made sure I had more than enough footage.

•Seeing the starting point of my Video gave me even more ideas, therefore I ended up creating even more shots than I had planned.

• This was the hardest part of my work, I think. It took a lot of time and perseverance – which paid off in the end.

• Capturing all my footage from the Camera to the computer took the majority of time as it is tricky picking out the correct footage.

• Editing my Video together was a really good experience as I had to get everything to fit to correct timing, shots to follow on from one and another and also getting the lip sinking and images on the correct lyrics was hard work too.

• Emily Goodwin- main part in my Video, found the time to perform and letting me use her house for the location to film.

• Charlotte Jobling- the artist in the Video, even though she had her own work to do she still found the time to help out with mine.

• Tom McLaughlin- a character, took the time to film some footage.

Also to everyone watching!
