PT.RKC was found in Batam Indonesia and operational from 1 September 2014

PROJECT SUPPORT Project Planning

We have people with long and broad experience within planning and construction of Subsea SPS, Topside Modules, Jacket, etc.

We set up your construction / fabrication schedule, and are able to handling a large number of projects.

We support you with a professional schedule in your pre bid phase for a potential contract rely on a combination of your internal, and our previous projects experience.

We issue weekly status of all project, and give you independently evaluation and professional recommendation. Listing up preferred corrective actions,- if needed.

We also train / retrain workforce to better understand essential planning, baseline, scheduling, and progress reporting.

PROJECT SUPPORT Project Documentation

We plan to build up a professional document center for all to use, not only for the projects where we are involved with site or project staff.

It is a support to all contractors who want to deliver a professional MRB to client according to ISO standard of MRB index . It is our standard index if the client not requires otherwise.

We use Office 365 as platform for all contractual communication and documentation to and from our client.

With use of OnDrive share-point is it only the client and us that have access to the specific project folders, and it secure all confidential transmittal

We use photo and video actively as a part of our documentation and we can also follow up with video documentation of testing etc.
