Organizers of the Forum: Information support:

One of the strategic goals of the government is to organize supporting people to keep healthy

and alive in extreme conditions, when an organism suffers from severe stress and when a person must

mobilize his power to do the impossible. The problem of extreme states concerns all spheres of human

activity while also is specific for each individual. The extreme states take on a special significance in high

performance sport, in space flights, in critical emergency coming from environmental disturbances,

natural disasters, sabotages or military and political factors. Therefore, the aims of the Forum are

to consider the essence of an issue of extreme states in the most significant areas of professional

activity, to analyze deeply their origin and development, to search the most effective measures for the

prevention and treatment of extreme states and their consequences.

Particular value of the Forum is related to the global aims facing our state: a breakthrough in

fundamental and applied sciences and innovation activity, the personnel and technical re-equipment,

the training of young specialists of a new formation, the creation of new scientific and practical areas

and centers. Significant means of the federal budget will be used for these purposes. The prospects

stand open for investment by foreign and domestic companies into the extreme biology and medicine

in sport, space and defence industries, in the system of prevention and liquidation of emergency

situations. In this regard, one of the objectives of the Forum is to aware the Russian and foreign

business with sport, military and space medicine, disaster medicine to form a rational investment

policy. The problematic analytical reports on the main areas will be represented at the specialized

conferences.
