Everybody know about family in this time that the most marriedworking hard to cover the cost of living that rising every year.Therefore, nursery in workplace very be required to themarried couple because it can reduce monthly expenses such
as gasoline and outside nursery payment.Beside that, every parents want to feel relieved because thenursery in workplace will allow us to monitor the childs conditfrom time to time due to the abuse many children occur.Therefore, the parents have optimal time saving because parentlonger need to take child from nursery away from workplace.
When parents out to return home, they just need to stop to take
their children and go home.

BackgroundWith economic development, workplace child care has become a re
advanced and developing economies where many of parents is wor
even wife or husband .
As Malaysia is progressively moving towards becoming a develope
nation by 2020 and looking to boost its female workforce participat
the provision of high-quality child care centres at the workplace is
becoming a priority.
In 2008, the proportion of female workforce aged 25-34 years was 6
representing an increase by 58 % compared in 2001 .
In the same year, the total number of children below 5 reached abo
million, which accounted for 11% of the total Malaysian population.

solutions for childcare, the present report aims at:
increasing awareness of the possibilities for
workplace programmes as well as their benefits and
limitations; providing insight into the reasons why various actors,

SCOPEThe scope in this research is to focused on the view based oquestionnaire that has been used to surveyed a voice of work
parents or husband and wife.
Based on a survey conducted among employees who send th
children to the childcare centre, the company discovered that is a high satisfaction rate towards management and the childc

Parents feel at ease knowing that their children are in a safe
environment and are well taken care of. More importantly, par

2.1 CUSTOMER SURVEYA questionnaire consisting of 6 items wa
administered to 60 customers of the SESB, during the
period that observations were being carried out. A
total of 100 customers were asked to complete the
survey but only 60 agreed to in other words, 40
customers declined to be surveyed. A 20 example
copy of the questionnaire can be found in Appendix A
Tabulation of the data from the survey can be found in
Appendix B.

iii) Construction of the child care centre should be in accordance with theminimum requirements stipulated in the local authority by-laws.
(iv) There must be one supervisor, sufficient child care providers, a cook andother workers at the child care centre. The minimum number of childcare providers are as follows:
A minimum of 1 child care provider for every 5 children agedbetween 0-3 years.A minimum of 1 child care provider for every 10 children agedbetween 3-4 years.For disabled children, the minimum of 1 child care provider forevery 4 children below the age of 4 years.
(v) The child care providers shall be at least 18 years of age and attendedthe Basic Child Care Course accredited by the Depar tment of SocialWelfare (The minimum duration of the course is 17 working days & thefee imposed is RM 480.00).
(vi) Health and safety at the child care centre:
Have a practical scheme for evacuationpurposes in the event of fire. A fire drill must beconducted once in three months. All exit pointsshall be free from obstructions at all times.
The health of the children must be inspectedeveryday upon arrival at the child care centre.There must be a suitable room to separate andtemporarily care for at least one sick child andthe parents of the sick child must be informedimmediately when a child is found to be sick.
There must be at least one first aid kit which iswell maintained and complete with thematerials/medication supplies.
A medical officer or registered medicalpractitioner must be notified if it is suspectedthat there is an infectious disease among thechildren or workers.
Smoking (and spitting) is prohibited at the child
care centre.

More than half of the respondent were female and balanced from thesummary were male. Gender division reflected the overall composition ofthe result in requirement childcare at the workplace.

It was assumed that respondents agree for establish the nursery at the workplace. The
Pie Chart showed us the resulted of surveyed. The largest group (97%) were agree abouthis statement, while only (3%) strongly disagree. From the figure 2, there was clear
correlation between customer numbers and percentage of agree and strongly agree. The
respondent showed us the majority of them was agree nursery at the workplace.

Following is a summary of the major findings of this study
It was observed that respondent are not balancing betwe
male and female and this gender difference was reflected the survey. More respondents (60%) were female than ma
(40%).

3.3 Saving My Time And My Money
In this times, global economy is not stable and need the way to survive. The
nursery at the workplace is a one way to keep saving time and money, this is
because the working parents can saved the time to work if they are togetherwith their children to the workplace and the same time also nursery.
The distance to come or back from work will be closer than the children that
needed to be send to the outside nursery . The workings parents also can avoid
late arrived to workplace.
3.3 Feel more relieves to have nursery at the workplaceMany of parents prefer their children can be closer with them, at
least can watch their children can make the parents more relieve.
Parents can feel more relieve when they can see their children of
themselves.
3.4 Parents can monitor their children easily

free time to take care of their children and can keep the safety of
children easily.

When the children has been around from their parents any proble
