INTRODUCTION

Founded in Seville, Spain the company is a prime example of self-improvement, consolidation and growth within the Andalusian sector. The firm has a long tradition of designing and manufacturing aircraft accessories to become the benchmark for developing solutions for some of the best Andalusian and national level aeronautical companies. Over the past years the company has invested in the incorporation of new innovative technologies and products in engineering with constant improvement of its production processes and quality checks, bringing more added value to its products.

Custom design:our products are customized to suit the client, send a virtual prototype with the desired specifications.

Machining Parts:INDAERO have vast experience in the manufacturing of high precisions parts for the aerospace industry, where we design and program CNC models using CATIA V5 and AutoCAD, to strive and maintain the policy of industrial perfection regarding the processing of plastic and metallic pieces.


Thermoforming:At INDAERO plastic components can be manufactured quickly using the thermoforming process, where a sheet of thermoplastic is softened with an increase in temperature, this is then vacuum formed against a mould, achieving the shape of the desired piece.


Assembly:Specialized staff use special tools and processes for different materials on our assembly line.

Sewing:The fabrics are an important component in the manufacture of covers, so we have qualified personnel to treat the most appropriate aerospace fabrics.

Painting:INDAERO must complete paint work on metal and plastic surfaces with high quality level of finish. It requires a high level of specialization and compliance with the aerospace requirements such as batch record, environmental conditions and approval of the staff.


3D Verification:INDAERO have been certified by EADS for the verification of elementals and to compare the designed model to the measurements obtained through the use of a three dimensional verification system (AXIOM).

The design of this cover is to protect: engine intake, engine exhaust, the pitot tube and orifice Sonobuoy release.

ENGINE GROUND COVERS KIT A400MThis set of elements is designed to cover other engines, these products are manufactured with machined plastic, silicone water-jet cut, thermoformed parts, etc.

These covers need to protect cameras in the aircraft exterior and holes in the fuel supply pole in flight. They are made of fabrics, thermoformed polycarbonate elastic rubber and machined parts.
