We help big and middle size companies
to improve employee productivity
through healthy programs support and
events organization.
LESSONS LEARNED
The last lessons was about key activities of our business model.
It is all about following a process design in 4 steps, to set of interrelated activities,
initiated in response to an event, and producing the expected result for the client
process.
To do so, we made a diagram and choose the 3 most important processes among the
20 we had elaborated.
The process form includes to specify for each activities our resources and partners
(could be strategic alliance with a complementary company, cooperation between
competing companies, joint-ventures to develop new businesses or buyer-seller
relationships to guarantee strategic supply).
The motivations of a partnership are:
• Economies of Scale
• Risk and uncertanty reduction
• Acquisition of resources and activities
• Reduction of the internationalization costs
