Nestor 2007 - BMS
• Entirely configurable interface
• Flexible device: Residential or Industrial
• Based on a hierarchy on 3 levels
– Building– Building
• floor
– room
• Each element (building, stage or part) is represented by a page in which one can visualize several entries, exits, memories, variables, …
Nestor 2007 - BMS
In Nestor 2007 - BMS, each part are accessible through a Bâtiment hierarchy - Stage - Part. Navigation
in the hierarchy of the parts or the interfaces of control is simple, thanks to a readable and purified
interface.
Nestor 2007 - BMS
The Navigator allows to reach each part quickly, without passing by
the Bâtiment hierarchy - Stage - Part.
Nestor 2007 - BMS
For more simplicity, several room not laying out that of
only one zone of lighting can be visualized using one only
interface. This one makes it possible to determine at a
single glance which part remained lit and to be able to
extinguish it of a click.
Each part can have its own interface of control. The photograph
placed in bottom of screen makes it possible to recognize the
corresponding part at a glance.
Nestor 2007 - BMS
The parts of life in general have several zones of lighting as well as other elements of automation like
the heating. Thanks to the flexibility of the software of visualization of your house automation
installation, it is possible to create a specific interface for certain parts. In this manner, it is possible to
post and control lighting, the heating, air-conditioning, as well as the opening and the closing of the
blinds in only one interface.
Conclusion• Management of lighting according to the detectors of movement,
central weather, timing, everlasting calendar, ……
• Interaction scénarii of the varied zones and ON/OFF
• Control, management supply meters of a cost accounting, ……….
• Supervision of alarms defect, management of the interventions, ….
• Planning of the tasks of maintenance, …..• Planning of the tasks of maintenance, …..
• Autonomy of supervision for demonstration, spectacle, …
• Intelligent unballasting according to the load and of the zones of the building
• Manual piloting upstream and downstream of the modules and this to leave the buildings safety measures, techniques, ….
• With locking of safety
• Possible integration towards BMS clim & heating
