    COURSE

    DESCRIPTION

    The

    competitive

    pressures

    are

    increasingly becorning

    high not

    just

    within

    the boundaries

    of

    individual

    organisations

    but

    in

    a

    multiple-companies

    environment

    where an

    integrated network

    of cornpanies

    or a

    network

    of

    business

    entities

    are involved in the value-addition

    of

    a single

    end

    product

    (from

    the source

    of

    raw

    materials to

    the

    end customers).

    This course

    will

    provide the insights on

    managing

    the flow of

    materials, flow of

    information

    and

    flow of

    cash

    efficiently

    effectively

    in a
