Overview : It organizes various pre placement training

programs to enhance the employability of the targeted students.

In simpler terms it is an individual’s progression through life.

Taking the right decisions at the right time contributes a great deal in creating an envious career.

Objective of Pre-Placement Cell :

The objective of the placement cell is to facilitate the process of placement and ensure that each eligible students gets an opportunity to face an interview.

Adding to it, the endeavor of the placement cell is to ensure 100% placement assistance to all the students . The cell is assisted by student placement co-ordinators who lead a team of placement representatives . The placement cells ensures and takes care to provide the best arrangements and hospitality for visiting companies’ officials.

What is a Pre-Placement Cell :The pre-placement cell aims at sharpening

the skills of individuals for success in their placement tests.

These skills range from personal interviews to group discussions and resume building, as well as a host of other skills.

The focus of this is to construct a bridge between the students and the corporate world and to facilitate a smooth transition from college life to professional life.

Aim of the project :

The goal of Training & Placement Cell is to provide employment opportunities to provide training to Students.

The Training and Placement Cell of the Institute centrally handles campus placement of the graduating students of our campus. The Cell provides complete support to the visiting companies at every stage of placement process. The Cell is well equipped with ample infrastructure in Terms of Testing halls, Consultancy Hall for Presentations, Pre-Placement Talks, Written Tests, Interviews and Group Discussions are made as per the requirement of the visiting companies.

Pre-placement Procedure:Pre-placement training divided into 3 categories:-

Technical- This takes care of their technical proficiency in the technical subjects related to computer science.

Aptitude-This training is meant for preparing students to face the written exams which are the parts of the recruitment process of most of the companies.

Soft skills-This training is imparted to students to enhance their communications skills and to teach corporate etiquettes,so that they are well prepared not only to face group discuusions, interviews,role plays and other assessments
