Ask yourself four questions:

1. Do you wear blinkers or do you go ‘beyond’ ? Are you going for open innovation? What is the story behind the number cruncher in you? (innovation)

2. Do you act like the lion‐tamer in the local circus or do you create a symphony  integrating harmoniously all your company’s activities? (integration)

3. Do your products/services extend beyond purely functional usage and also embody distinct design qualities? (beauty)

4. Do your products /services also contribute to the joy of life? (joy)
