Entering his49th year as

Founder, Owner, Chairman of theBoard, President and CEO of theTitans/Oilers franchise, K.S. "Bud"Adams, Jr. is an enduring figure in theNFL. As one of the original team own-ers in the American Football League,he has guided his franchise to newheights since relocating to Nashville in1997, posting five playoff appear-ances, including an AFCChampionship (1999), AFC Centraltitle (2000), AFC South title (2002),AFC Championship appearance(2002) and Wild Card teams in 2003and 2007. He is one of only four cur-rent NFL owners to reach the 350-winplateau – Adams, Ralph Wilson(Buffalo), Dan Rooney (Pittsburgh)and Al Davis (Oakland/Los Angeles).

A native of Bartlesville, Okla.,Adams' interest in sports was first dis-played while at Culver MilitaryAcademy where he earned letters infootball, basketball and baseball.Upon graduation from Culver in 1940,Adams attended Menlo College(California), lettering in both rugbyand football. Adams then transferredto the engineering school at theUniversity of Kansas where he alsolettered in football for the Jayhawks.During his days at KU, Adams met hisfuture wife Nancy Neville and beganhis loyal affiliation with Sigma ChiFraternity.

In 1942, while still in school at KU,Adams joined the U.S. Naval Reserve.In July 1943, he was called to activeduty in the Navy's V-12 college pro-gram, which allowed him to continuein school. In early 1944, he receivedorders to report to Midshipman

Officer Specialty School at NotreDame where he earned his Navyensign commission in an accelerated60-day program. He was sent overseas

and was assigned to a PAC-Fleet carri-er unit, where he served as an aviationengineering officer. He returned to theU.S. in December 1945. Lt. j.g. Adamsserved as an aide in the U.S. Navy'sCongressional Liaison Office inWashington, D.C. prior to his dis-charge in 1946.

Adams parlayed a 1946 chance stopin Houston, resulting from fog thatgrounded his plane, into a highly suc-cessful and diversified businessempire which ranks him among theprominent businessmen in the country.

In 1946, Adams started ADA OilCompany, which was a forerunner ofthe publicly-held American StockExchange-listed Adams Resources &Energy, Inc. (AE), an energy companyengaged in the business of marketing

crude oil, natural gas andpetroleum products; tanktruck transportation of liq-uid chemicals; and oil andgas exploration and pro-duction. Adams' other busi-ness interests includeextensive farming andranching in California andTexas, cattle feeding, realestate, automobile dealer-ships and leasing. He hasbeen a longtime collectorof Western art and NativeAmerican artifacts.

During his early businesscareer, Adams, a year-round sportsfan, was an avid sponsor of amateurand AAU teams in basketball and soft-ball. His ADA Oilers were a perennialpower in the National IndustrialBasketball League in the '50s, captur-ing third place in the national AAUtournament in 1956. His interest insports was further evidenced by pastownership participation in profession-al baseball, basketball and boxing.

Football history was made in Adams'office in Houston on Aug. 3, 1959,where he and Lamar Hunt held a pressconference to announce the formationof the new American Football League,which would begin playing in 1960.Hunt would have a team in Dallas,Adams would have a team in Houston,and other teams would be forthcoming.

In his fifth decade as founder, owner,chairman, president and CEO of theTennessee Titans (formerly HoustonOilers and Tennessee Oilers), the hard-working and aggressive Adams hasmade professional football historynumerous times. In 1968, Adams'Oilers became the first AFL/NFL teamto play its home games indoors bymoving into Houston's Astrodome. Ateam rich in tradition and pride, theOilers were the dominant team in theAmerican Football League during the10-year era (1960-69), playing in thechampionship game four times (1960,1961, 1962, 1967) - and winning twice

consecutively (1960, 1961); earningfour AFL Eastern DivisionChampionships (1960, 1961, 1962,1967); and making the playoffs fiveyears out of 10 (1960, 1961, 1962,1967, 1969). In 1970, the AFL mergedinto the expanded NFL, and Adams'teams made the playoffs 15 times(1978, 1979, 1980, 1987, 1988, 1989,1990, 1991, 1992, 1993, 1999, 2000,2002, 2003, 2007). In fact, the Oilers'streak of seven consecutive playoffappearances (1987-93) was the longeststreak in the NFL during that timespan. In 2002, the franchise capturedits fourth division title and first AFCSouth crown after winning the AFCCentral division in 1991, 1993 and 2000.

The Houston Oilers played theirfinal season in 1996 at the HoustonAstrodome. In 1997, Adams led theNational Football League into theMid-South region, the last untappedarea without a major professionalsport. That feat allowed his team to bethe first NFL franchise to call "theVolunteer State" home. During con-struction of the stadium in Nashville,the Tennessee Oilers played the 1997season at the Liberty Bowl inMemphis, and the 1998 season atVanderbilt Stadium in Nashville.

On July 29, 1998, Adams announcedthat the Oilers' name would bechanged beginning with the 1999 sea-son. The Oilers' name was retired by

The Tennessee Titans made theirdebut in 1999. In Greek mythology,Titans were men of strength andpower. The Titan Prometheus broughtfire to man, and the new TennesseeTitans brought fire to the football fansin the Mid-South during a very memo-rable inaugural season, unveiling anew name, stadium, training facility,logo, uniform and colors. Adams per-sonally selected T-Rac as the team'snew mascot.

In nine seasons as the Titans, thefranchise has won the AmericanFootball Conference Championshipfor the 1999 season (culminating in atrip to Super Bowl XXXIV in Atlanta,where the Titans were defeated by theRams in one of the most excitinggames in Super Bowl history), cap-tured the AFC Central DivisionChampionship (2000) and AFC SouthDivision Championship (2002), builtan enormous home field advantage(45-27 record at home) and the loyaltyof millions of fans across the nationand throughout the world. The popu-larity of the Titans has translated into103 consecutive sell-outs at LP Field(through 2008).

During Adams' illustrious career, 59of his players have been Pro Bowl

selections, including one AFL, twoNFL Most Valuable Players and fiveoffensive or defensive Rookies of theYear. Also, eight of Adams' players,including Bruce Matthews in 2007,have been inducted into the ProFootball Hall of Fame in Canton,Ohio. In each of the past two seasons,Adams was nominated for the ProFootball Hall of Fame as a special con-tributor. In recognition of the 40th sea-son of the Houston Oilers/TennesseeTitans organization, Adams created anofficial team Hall of Fame that fea-tures players and staff from the past,while creating a special place for

Titans stars of the futureto be recognized.

Adams is currently aworking member on sev-eral prominent NFL com-mittees, including theNFL's Finance, Hall ofFame, Legislative andAudit Committees; and heis a Trustee for the NFLTrust. Very active innational, state and localprograms, Adams is onthe Board of Directors ofthe Cherokee IndianNational Historical

Society; the Board of Trustees of thePro Football Hall of Fame in Canton,Ohio; the Board of Directors of theBoy Scouts of America - Sam HoustonArea Council; and a Lifetime Directorof The Hundred Club in Houston. Adams and his wife Nancy will cele-brate their 62nd wedding anniversaryin October 2008. They have twodaughters: Susie Smith and AmyStrunk, and seven grandchildren. Theirson Kenneth S. Adams III is deceased.

Football fans in the Mid-Southapplauded the relocation of the

Titans to Tennessee in 1997, but localcharities should raise a cheer as well.Since the Titans moved to Tennessee,local charities have seen approximate-ly $17 million flow into their organiza-tions as a direct result of the Titans andthe NFL. The great majority of themoney and gifts have come from Mr.Adams and the Titans Foundation.

In recognition of his many charitableendeavors, the Nashville SportsCouncil presented the "2000Community Spirit Award" to Adams attheir annual Dinner of Champions onFeb. 1, 2000. The award was given forAdams' "countless charitable contribu-tions that helped so many in the MetroNashville community during 1999."

Mr. and Mrs. Adams established theTennessee Titans Foundation in 1999with an initial gift of $500,000. TheFoundation offers financial supportand other resources to non-profitorganizations. The largest fundraiserfor the Titans Foundation is the annualTitans Charity Golf Classic, which hasgenerated in excess of $1.3 million inten events.

The Titans license plate has been a

great success as fans can show supportfor the team on their vehicle. In fouryears, the Titans specialty plate hasgenerated more than $1.7 million forTennessee charities through the TitansFoundation. Adams’ most recent gift was$500,000 to Baptist Hospital(Nashville) this spring that was desig-nated for the hospital’s Obstetricsexpansion project and will result in the“Bud and Nancy Adams andTennessee Titans Family WaitingArea,” and now brings the total to$675,000 given to Baptist Hospital.

The Titans contributed more than $5million over the last 10 years (1999-2008) to the NFL’s Youth FootballFund, and over $1.4 million has beenallocated within the Titans’ market.The fund improves youth football pro-grams and facilities worldwide.Locally, the fund is responsible forimproving 12 area fields, including 10Metro Nashville schools and two inDickson County, Tenn.

Youth football is also beingaddressed through the Titans sponsor-ship of the TSSAA Mr. FootballAwards, which honor the best highschool players from the state eachyear.

Over the last nine years (1999-2007),$5.5 million has been raised forapproximately 130 charitable organi-zations through volunteers working in

Adams initiated the “Titans Join theTeam Scholarship Program” that ranfrom 2005-07. The program rewardedhigh school athletes throughout thestate of Tennessee with scholarshipsfor community service. The programgenerated over $500,000 in scholar-ship money and 30,000 service hoursin communities throughout Tennessee.The Titans also worked with AmSouthand Channel 5 in co-sponsoring"America’s Fund" which raised$664,000, including a $75,000 person-al gift from Mr. and Mrs. Adams and$25,000 from the Titans organization,for victims of the Sept. 11 tragedies.

Adams' gifts have not been limited tocash donations. He gave the "trip of alifetime" to Super Bowl XXXIV inAtlanta to 40 Nashville teenagers and10 chaperones that were chosen fromsix local charities. "Bud's Kids" weretreated to 50-yard-line seats and athree-night stay at the Titans' teamhotel and a trip home on the team's747-charter airplane.

Adams donated Super Bowl ticketsto the Nashville Red Cross during atime when their available blood supplywas at a critically low stage. Blooddonors were eligible to win two SuperBowl tickets, and the "Super BowlBlood Drive" resulted in 3,549 pints ofblood, one of the most successfuldrives in the history of Nashville.

Adams donated a pair of Super Bowltickets to be raffled off to help paymedical expenses for Kaia Jergenson,a member of the David LipscombUniversity women's basketball team,who lost her legs due to bacterialmeningitis.

The team's historic 1999 Super Bowlseason saw Adams get heavilyinvolved in area schools with threeunique programs. He established a

statewide art contest that spotlightedthe importance of art in education andalso added some Tennessee artisticflair to LP Field.

The art contest was open to highschool students (grades 9-12) andresulted in 150 winning entries thathung in the suites at the stadium. Onewinner from each grade won $1,000with runners-up in each grade winning$750 each. Adams rewarded areasixth, seventh and eighth grade stu-dents for their hard work by donating3,500 pairs of tickets to the inauguralgame versus the Falcons.

Adams and his wife Nancy havegiven generously to many charitableorganizations over the years. AfterTropical Storm Allison devastated theHouston area in June 2001 with morethan 30 inches of rain, Adams con-tributed $100,000 to the "Spirit ofTexas Fund" established by the RedCross to aid flood victims. HoustonTexans owner Bob McNair and NFLCharities also contributed $100,000each for a combined gift of $300,000to the fund.

In 1998, Mr. and Mrs. Adams teamedwith NFL Charities to donate$200,000 to help families in EastNashville following a devastating tor-nado.

He purchased more than 500 copiesof "Tennessee: A History" and present-ed them to seventh grade history class-es at public schools across the state.Wilma Dykeman was the author of thebook and was a member of the TitansAdvisory Board of Directors thataided Adams in selecting the newname and logo for the franchise.

Adams spearheaded the drive forconstruction and operation of the orig-inal Ronald McDonald House inHouston. The team also hosted a bian-nual fundraising gala from 1978-94,which raised more than $3.5 million tosupport, operate and provide the per-manent endowment of that RonaldMcDonald House.

K.S. “Bud” Adams, and his wife, Nancy, join fans in celebrating the team’s10th season as the Tennessee Titans in 2008. Adams, who brought the Oilersto Tennessee from Houston in 1997, unveiled the team’s new logo inDecember of 1998. A brand new, state-of-the-art stadium was completed in1999, the same year the Titans celebrated their AFC Championship victoryat Jacksonville and earned the franchise’s first trip to the Super Bowl.

Steve Underwoodis in his 18th season with the fran-chise, including his third as SeniorExecutive Vice President, GeneralCounsel/Executive Assistant toChairman of the Board. Overall,Underwood is in his 32nd year of asso-ciation with the Oilers/Titans fran-chise.

In August of 2006, he assumed hisnew position and moved from Houstonto Nashville. He oversees/supervisesthe organization in Nashville andreports directly to the owner.

On behalf of Mr. Adams in 2007, hewas deeply involved in the search forthe Titans’ new General Manager,which resulted in the hiring of MikeReinfeldt from the Seattle Seahawks.He interacts on a daily basis with Mr.Adams, Reinfeldt, Head Coach JeffFisher and Executive VP DonMacLachlan to ensure that all areas ofthe organization are integrated andmoving in thesame direction.

Since he joinedthe franchise in1991, he hasserved asGeneral Counselfor the franchise,a position he stillholds. The Officeof GeneralCounsel handlesa myriad ofresponsibilities,including man-agement ofTitans’ salary capand related col-lective-bargain-

ing issues; involvement in negotiationand preparation of player contracts andstadium, promotional and corporateagreements; and management of liti-gation. He also serves as GeneralCounsel for KSA Industries, Inc., theprivate holding company of Titans’owner K. S. “Bud” Adams, Jr.

Underwood was heavily involved inissues related to the franchise’s reloca-tion to Tennessee, including his role asone of the Titans’ principal negotiatorswith local governments in Nashville,Memphis and Houston. He continuesto be one of the club’s principal con-tacts with the Sports Authority of theMetropolitan Government ofNashville and Davidson County.

In 2006, he was named to theleague’s Security Advisory Group,which recommends best practices instadium security related issues. He is amember of the State Bar of Texas andthe Houston Bar Association and is

In 1990,Underwood was issued a special cita-tion by a student society at TexasSouthern University’s College of Lawfor his “educational contribu-tion to the college.” In 2004,he received the University ofHouston Law Center’sCorporate SectionAchievement Award.

Prior to joining the franchise,Underwood was an attorney forthe Houston firm of Caldwell& Hurst since 1977. For hisentire tenure there, he served asthe Houston Oilers’ primarycounsel. Underwood alsoserved as a part-time businesslaw/real estate instructor atBaytown Lee College from1980-81, and at San JacintoJunior College from 1981-85.

A native of Baytown, Texas,Underwood received his B.J.degree from the University ofTexas and his law degree fromthe University of Houston LawCenter. From 1974-76, while alaw student, he was a legisla-

tive aide to a member of the TexasLegislature.

Underwood has five children,including daughters Christy (34),Melissa (28), Providence (13) andLiberty (11), and son, Dennis (16).Underwood and his wife, Frances,reside in Franklin, Tenn.

full season as Head Coach of theTennessee Titans and his ninth asExecutive Vice President. Fisher holdsthe franchise record for wins by a headcoach with 120 victories and is the NFLleader in tenure with one team amongactive coaches.

Over the last nine seasons (1999-2007), Fisher has guided the franchiseto five playoff appearances – only fiveteams (Indianapolis, New England,Philadelphia, Tampa Bay and Seattle)have more appearances during that time.During his tenure, his accomplishmentsinclude the five playoff appearances(1999, 2000, 2002, 2003, 2007), twoDivision titles (2000 & 2002), two AFCChampionship Games (1999, 2002) andone Super Bowl berth (XXXIV). Hepresided over the most victorious (56regular season wins andfive postseason wins)and successful five-yearperiod in the franchise’s48-year history, between1999 and 2003.

Last season, Fisherhelped a young teamtake another step in thematuration process andthe final rebuildingphase as this new groupof Titans qualified forthe playoffs for the firsttime since 2003. Inguiding the team to a10-6 record through thetoughest division in theNFL, Fisher saw thefranchise through a dif-ficult re-tooling periodthat saw the team build from 4-12 in2005, to 8-8 in 2006 and a playoff berthin 2007. The team followed the path ofpreviously successful Jeff Fisher teams,ranking fifth in the NFL in rushingoffense, fifth in the NFL in yards

allowed on defense and recording a 5-3mark on the road.

In 2006, Fisher showed his experi-enced leadership skills in guiding ateam that started 0-5 and was led by arookie quarterback to an 8-8 record bywinning eight of the last 11 contests,including a six-game win streak throughNovember and December to finish onegame short of the playoffs. QuarterbackVince Young earned Rookie of the Yearhonors and the offense posted the sixthhighest rushing total in franchise histo-ry - the second highest in the Fishercoaching era (1997). Despite having theNFL’s second youngest team on openingday, it was a team that learned to winclose games, registering a 7-4 record ingames decided by seven points or fewer(second most wins in that category inthe NFL) and six come-from-behindvictories.

During the 2006 sea-son, Fisher became thefirst coach in franchisehistory to lead the teamin 200 contests, reach-ing the milestone in agame against Baltimore(11/12/06). He becameonly the 12th coach inNFL history to coach200 games with oneteam, joining GeorgeHalas, Tom Landry,Don Shula, Chuck Noll,Curly Lambeau, BudGrant, Steve Owen, BillCowher, Joe Gibbs,Hank Stram and MarvLevy (Mike Shanahanjoined the list inDecember of 2006 to

In 10 of the last 13 sea-sons, the Titans defense ranked in thetop 10 against the run and ranks fourthin rushing defense over that period(Pittsburgh, Baltimore, San Diego). In2003, the Titans finished first in theNFL in rushing defense for only the sec-ond time in franchise history (1993).

Fisher believes in the philosophy thata strong running game helps control theclock and keeps your defense fresh. In10 of the last 12 seasons, the Titans havefinished in the top half of the NFL inrushing offense including six Top 10finishes. Additionally, in 12 of the last13 seasons, the Titans have finishedwith an average time ofpossession number morethan 31 minutes for the sea-son. With a mature SteveMcNair at the helm in2003, Fisher allowed theoffense to become morediverse, resulting in the sec-ond highest point total(435) in franchise historyand becoming just the thirdfranchise since 1970 toscore 30 or more points insix consecutive games.

After rising to headcoaching duties during the1994 season, Fisher tookover a team that was guttedby the emergence of thesalary cap and eventually molded theminto a consistent winner, overcomingany number of obstacles that wereinvolved with moving the team fromHouston to Nashville. The circum-stances that surrounded the teambetween 1995 and 1998 helped bond theteam and form an identity of strengthand the ability to overcome. Fisher’steams are mentally strong, flourishingon the road where many teams will wilt.Since 1995, the Titans/Oilers haveamassed the fourth best road record inthe NFL with a 55-49 mark during thattime.

In 1997 (8-8) and 1998 (8-8), Fisherguided a team that was in a state of tran-sition and laid the groundwork for thesuccess that was to come. As the team

arrived in Tennessee, two young starsbegan to take control of the team asthird-year quarterback Steve McNairtook over a starting role and second-year running back Eddie Georgebecame a workhorse.

After years of fluidity and change, afresh start and stability finally arrived in1999 with a new name and the openingof the new stadium; and in this newenvironment, the new Titans wouldflourish with the foundation that hadbeen laid. Fisher, the Titans and MiddleTennesseans will fondly remember theaccomplishments of the 1999 season,which brought the team its first AFCChampionship and an appearance inSuper Bowl XXXIV. Fisher and the

Titans defeated AFC Central championJacksonville three times in 1999, hand-ing the Jaguars their only losses. As aWild Card team, the Titans had the mostdifficult route to the Super Bowl. Fisherearned his first postseason victory bydefeating Buffalo 22-16, and erased a16-0 deficit against the Rams in one ofthe biggest displays of heart in any sec-ond half of Super Bowl history. TheTitans became only the sixth Wild Cardteam to earn a trip to the Super Bowlsince the NFL added the Wild Cardplayoff team in 1978. Fisher guided theTitans to a streak of 13 consecutive winsagainst AFC Central Division oppo-nents dating back to 1998. the NFL since the 1970 merger. Building on the success the Titans had

during the 1999 season would be toughto accomplish, but Fisher followed theteam’s first AFC championship in 1999with an AFC Central crown and theleague’s best record in 2000. It was thefirst time in franchise history that theTitans/Oilers owned the NFL’s bestrecord (13-3) and only the third time theclub won the AFC Central.

In 2000, Fisher became only the fifthcoach in NFL history to lead his team toconsecutive 13-win seasons, joiningMike Ditka (Chicago Bears, 1985-86),George Seifert (San Francisco, 1989-90), Marv Levy (Buffalo Bills, 1990-91) and Mike Holmgren (Green BayPackers, 1996-97). The defense reacheda new level of success in 2000, earningthe number one ranking in the NFL foryards allowed and surrendering the thirdlowest point total in the league since 1977.

One of his best coaching jobs came in2002. The Titans were poised torebound from a disappointing 2001 sea-son which was plagued by injury.Tennessee got off to a 1-4 start and peo-ple on the outside began to doubt, butFisher kept the team on an even keel andrallied the players to win 11 of the next12 games, capture the AFC South titleand earn a place in the AFCChampionship Game. Fisher recognizedthat it would take time for the team tocome together as nine new startersbecame familiar with the "Titans Way"of football. The Titans thrived in 2002against the best teams, posting an NFL-best (tied with Oakland) 6-2 markagainst teams with a winning recordduring the regular season. For hisaccomplishments, he was named NFLCoach of the Year by Football Digestand AFC Coach of the Year by the 101Awards in Kansas City.

In 2003, Tennessee reached theDivisional round of the playoffs for thefourth time in five years after earning aWild Card berth with their 12-4 mark.Tennessee continued a tradition of greatplay at home, posting a 7-1 record at LPField. While the defense ranked firstagainst the run, the offense scored thesecond most points in franchise history

(435) and quarterback Steve McNairearned NFL co-MVP honors.

During the 2004 season, the Titansstruggled to overcome an array ofinjuries that by the end of the seasonaccounted for 135 games missed bystarters, including season-endinginjuries to 10 starters, and resulted in a5-11 record.

Also in 2004, Fisher became thefourth youngest coach (46) to win 90regular season games since 1960. OnlyJohn Madden (41), Don Shula (41), andBill Cowher (44) were faster to 90 wins. The 2005 season also was a year ofyouth, as the Titans fielded the youngestteam in the league and youngest NFLteam in over a decade. Escaping fromsalary cap difficulties in a single season,the team was forced to jettison produc-tive players who provided veteran lead-ership. This combination of youth andinexperience was the primary reason forthe team’s 4-12 record.

In 2005, with a win over the HoustonTexans (10/9/05), he became just the17th coach to reach the 100-win markwith one team. Since 1999, Fisher ranksfourth in the league in wins with 83,behind Tony Dungy, Andy Reid and BillBelichick. All-time, Fisher currentlyranks 27th in wins among NFL coacheswith 120.

Fisher originally joined the Oilers’coaching staff on Feb. 9, 1994, afterspending two seasons as the defensivebacks coach for the San Francisco49ers. Fisher was a perfect fit for theOilers, who were looking for a young,aggressive coach with experience in the"46" defense. Fisher had worked withthe "46" for many years with formerOilers Defensive Coordinator BuddyRyan. Fisher took over a defense thatachieved dominant status in 1993, buthad lost several key components to freeagency. He was elevated to head coachon Nov. 14, 1994, replacing JackPardee, for the final six games of theseason.

Fisher officially began his coachingcareer as an assistant for Ryan and thePhiladelphia Eagles in 1986, tutoringthe defensive backs for three seasonsbefore becoming the NFL’s youngest

defensive coordinator in 1988. One yearlater, under Fisher’s tutelage, theEagles’ defense led the NFL in intercep-tions (30) and quarterback sacks (62). In1990, Philadelphia’s defense paced theleague in rushing defense and rankedsecond in quarterback sacks.

In 1991, Fisher headed west to bereunited with his college coach JohnRobinson, serving as the Los AngelesRams’ defensive coordinator beforejoining the 49ers oneyear later.

A former defensiveback at the University ofSouthern California,Fisher played forRobinson in a star-stud-ded defensive backfieldthat included futureNFL stars Ronnie Lott,Dennis Smith and JoeyBrowner. Former Titansoffensive lineman BruceMatthews also was oneof Fisher’s USC team-mates. Fisher’s careerstatistics included fiveinterceptions and 108tackles. The versatileFisher also served as theTrojans’ backup kickerand earned Pac-10 All-Academic honors in1980.

Originally a seventh-round draft selection ofthe Chicago Bears in1981, Fisher appearedin 49 games as a defen-sive back and returnspecialist in five seasons. He earned aSuper Bowl ring after Chicago’s 1985Super Bowl season, despite spendingthe year on injured reserve with anankle injury that prematurely ended hisplaying career. During that season,Fisher began his post-playing career byassisting Ryan as an "unofficial" coachwhile the Bears ultimately defeated theNew England Patriots in Super BowlXX. He left Chicago in 1985 holding anumber of team records including:number of punt return yards for a sea-son with 509 yards in 1981, number ofpunt returns in a season with 58 in 1984,

and number of punt returns in one gamewith eight on Dec. 16, 1984, at Detroit.He also recorded the longest punt returnby a Bear in 39 years with an 88-yardreturn for a TD on Sept. 20, 1981,against Tampa Bay.

A native of Southern California,Fisher was a high school All-Americawide receiver for the Toreadors of TaftHigh School in Woodland Hills, Calif.Fisher is an avid fisherman and golfer.

He also does consider-able work off the fieldwith little accolade. Hegenerously donates timeand money to a numberof different charities,including hosting acelebrity softball gamethat raises money forlocal charities, a coach’sclinic for youth/highschool coaches in theMid-South and lends hisname and time to a golftournament in SouthernCalifornia that raisesmoney for youth foot-ball.

He also gives back tothe NFL, serving on theNFL CompetitionCommittee since 2000and has been co-chair-man of the committeesince 2001. The commit-tee is instrumental inguiding the leaguethrough rule changesand ways to improve thegame.

Fisher completed his first marathonwhen he ran in the Country MusicMarathon in 2002. In 2001, Fisher wasnamed the winner of the HorriganAward, given by the Pro FootballWriters of America to the NFL repre-sentative that is the most cooperativewith the media. Additionally, Fisher wasnamed the 2000 Tennessean of the Yearby Nashville’s Tennessean and 1999Sports Person of the year by theNashville Sports Council.

Fisher (born 2/25/58) has three chil-dren: sons Brandon (age 21) and Trent(age 16), and daughter Tara (age 19).

Don MacLachlanis in his 18th sea-son with the

Titans and his 11th as Executive VicePresident.

He is responsible for all non-footballoperations with the organization,including marketing, corporate sales,ticketing, community relations, mediarelations, broadcasting, is president ofTennessee Titans Entertainment, Inc.and oversees LP Field and BaptistSports Park.

Since the team relocated toNashville, he has played an aggressiverole in securing team sponsorships andcorporate relationships, while interfac-ing with the Titans’ radio and broad-casting partners. MacLachlan’s effortshave created an excitement surround-ing the team, built a fun and festiveexperience for fans at home games,and worked hard to link the organiza-tion with the greater Nashville com-munity and the entire Mid-Southregion on a number of different levels.

MacLachlan’s labors helped launch asuccessful campaign in 1999 thatincreased the team’s recognitionthroughout the region. Under his lead-ership, the club has sold out a fran-chise-record 103 consecutive homegames (through 2008). For the ninthconsecutive season in 2007 the teamdrew over 500,000 fans, a mark thatwas never touched for the franchise’sfirst 39 years. The team’s radio net-work is comprised of over 75 stationsin the Mid-South and ranks as one ofthe largest in the league. In addition,MacLachlan helped oversee the club’smove to Nashville in 1997.

The Detroit, Mich. native started histenure with the Houston Oilers inMarch 1991, as Vice President ofMarketing and Broadcasting. He waselevated to Senior Vice President in1994 and was promoted to Executive

Vice President of Marketing,Broadcasting and Ticketing in 1997.MacLachlan oversaw marketing,media, community relations, and theticket office while in Houston. He alsoserved as the liaison between both theradio and television rights-holders.MacLachlan administered off the fieldoperations in both Memphis andNashville during the club’s first seasonin Tennessee in 1997.

MacLachlan began his career in1978 in the athletic department at

Northwestern University, where heworked for 13 years. He first served asboth Assistant Sports InformationDirector and Golf Coach. In 1981,MacLachlan was named AthleticTicket Manager, and he was promotedto Assistant Athletic Director in 1985.MacLachlan was promoted toAssociate Athletic Director in 1988and remained in that role until joiningthe Oilers.

MacLachlan currently serves on theboard for the Nashville SportsCouncil, Gaylord Hotels Music CityBowl and the Tennessee Sports Hall ofFame.

A 1978 graduate of the University ofMichigan, Don and his wife Kathy areparents of two daughters: Shannon(19) and Kelly (15).

Mike Reinfeldtenters his 28thseason in the

NFL, second as Titans Executive VicePresident/General Manager and 10thwith the Oilers/Titans franchise.Reinfeldt’s first tenure with the teamwas from 1976-83 as an All-Pro safety.He re-joined the franchise in 2007,after spending seven years with theSeattle Seahawks.

Reinfeldt has built an impressiveresume during his career in sports,gaining 22 years of experience as afront office executive and another nineas an NFL player. In his 16 years as anNFL executive split betweenTennessee, Seattle and Green Bay, theteams he was associated with havewon a combined six division titles,made 11 playoff appearances, fourNFC Championship game appear-ances, three Super Bowl appearances,captured one world title (1996),amassed 13 winning seasons and tal-lied 152 regular season wins.

In his first two years with the Titanshe has shown the ability to build ateam through the draft, free agencyand young talent retention. In his firsttwo years of free agency, key playersadded to the roster include cornerbackNick Harper, linebacker Ryan Fowler,wide receivers Justin Gage and JustinMcCareins, guard Jake Scott anddefensive end Jevon Kearse. SafetyMichael Griffin, the 2007 first roundselection, had a solid rookie campaignand rookie running back ChrisJohnson brings high expectations todiversify the offense. Over the lastyear, Gage, fullback Ahmard Hall,defensive tackle Tony Brown, guardEugene Amano and offensive tacklesMichael Roos and David Stewart eachsigned long-term deals that add to thestability of the roster.

In Seattle, Reinfeldt last held the titleof Vice President of FootballAdministration and was responsible

for player contract negotiations, salarycap management, player evaluationsand numerous aspects of the day-to-day football operations. In eight sea-sons at Green Bay, he served a numberof roles, including Chief FinancialOfficer for three years (1991-93) andVP of Administration from 1994-98.While with the Packers and under hisfinancial leadership, the team’s cashreserves went from $4.5 million in1991 to more than $50 million in 1998and improved in revenues from 23rd in1993 to ninth in 1997. Additionally,Reinfeldt was instrumental in bringinggeneral manager Ron Wolf to thePackers in 1991. When MikeHolmgren left the Packers for Seattle,he handpicked Reinfeldt to join himwith the Seahawks with the title ofSenior Vice President (1999-03).

Reinfeldt was a safety for the Oilersfranchise from 1976-83, earning ProBowl, All-Pro and AFC DefensivePlayer of the Year (Kansas CityCommittee of 101) honors in 1979. Heranks seventh on the club’s career

He entered theNFL in 1975, as anundrafted free agentout of the Universityof Wisconsin-Milwaukee, originallysigning with the Oakland Raiders,spending one season on injuredreserve and playing in two games in1976, before being waived and signedby the Oilers.

Before joining the Packers’ frontoffice in 1991, Reinfeldt spent three

years (1988-90) at the University ofSouthern California as the associateathletic director and spent anotherthree years (1985-88) with the LosAngeles Raiders as the Chief FinancialOfficer. He earned an MBA in man-agement and finance at HoustonBaptist University.

A native of Baraboo, Wisc.,Reinfeldt was a four-year starter at theUniversity of Wisconsin-Milwaukeeand recorded a school-record 24 inter-ceptions, while earning a degree inmarketing. He is the only player fromthe University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee program to play in theNFL, a distinction which should standsince the school dropped football as asport in 1975.

The 54-year old Reinfeldt and hiswife, Susan, have two children – Jared(14) and Elise (13).

Vice President/Assistant General Counsel

Elza Bullock is inhis 11th seasonwith the Titans

and his fifth season as VicePresident/Assistant General Counsel.

He handles a variety of legal dutiesfor the Titans and the related footballcompanies, including litigation,employment matters, corporate trans-actions and the negotiation and prepa-ration of vendor contracts.

In addition to his duties for the Titansand the other football companies,Bullock also serves as AssistantGeneral Counsel for KSA Industries,Titans owner K. S. “Bud” Adams, Jr.’sprivate holding company, as well asMr. Adams’ automobile dealerships,his aviation company and his ranchingcompany.

Prior to joining the Titans, Bullockwas in private practice in Houstonworking in a wide variety of legalareas, including corporate securities,municipal bonds, corporate transac-tions and litigation.

He served as outside counsel for theHouston Oilers and was activelyinvolved in negotiations to move thefranchise to Tennessee.

Bullock is a member of the State Barof Texas, the Houston Bar Associationand is licensed to practice law in the

State of Texas, the United StatesDistrict Court for the Southern Districtof Texas, the United States Court ofAppeals for the Fifth Circuit, theUnited States Court of Appeals for theSixth Circuit and the United States TaxCourt. He is also a Certified PublicAccountant licensed in Texas.

A Houston native, Bullock receivedhis B.B.A., with honors, from theUniversity of Texas at Austin. Hereceived his law degree, with honors,from the University of Houston wherehe was a member of the Houston LawReview and the Order of the Barons.

Bullock handles a variety of legal duties forthe Titans and KSA Industries, Mr. Adams’private holding company.

Vice President ofCommunity Relations

Bob Hyde is in his20th season withthe Titans and

11th as Vice President/CommunityRelations. His tenure spans four of theteam’s five decades. One of the hall-marks of the Titans’ success has beenthe team’s presence in the communityand a responsibility to make a positiveimpact in that community. Hyde hasdirected that effort for the franchise ina multi-faceted way.

For the past 11 years, Hyde and theteam’s staff have partnered with TitansRadio to make the annual TitansCaravan the team’s major fan outreachprogram each spring. During those 11years, the Titans Caravan has mademore than 525 stops, touching an esti-mated 320,000 fans in Tennessee,Alabama and Kentucky since itsinception in 1998. A model program,the Caravan uses a variety of interac-tions to reach a wide-range of fans andaffect communities in a positive way.He has successfully coordinated theclub’s major fundraiser in the TitansCharity Golf Classic, which has raisedmore than $1.3 million during the past10 years for local charities through theTitans Foundation.

Hyde is heavily involved in theTitans specialty license plate program,which has seen Titans owner BudAdams raise more than $1.7 millionfor statewide charities from the sale ofthe motor vehicle plates over the firstfive years.

Hyde also serves as the club’s con-tact for grants to improve footballfields at area schools and parks. Todate, more than $500,000 has beensecured in recent years from a programfunded by Adams, his fellow NFLowners and NFL players to improvefootball fields in Nashville/DavidsonCounty and Nashville’s seven contigu-ous counties. He also serves as themain contact for the Titans/USAFootball Youth Coaches School and

the local Punt, Pass and Kick competi-tion.

His office is responsible for theteam’s relationships with area non-profit organizations, player appear-ances, special events and memorabiliadonation requests to assist local chari-ties in their fundraising efforts.

In 1998, Hyde served as the club’sliaison between Mr. Adams and theTitans Advisory Council. The infor-

mation gathered by the council andfrom focus groups that included hun-dreds of fans across the state, aidedAdams in giving the franchise a newname, logo and uniform.

A native of Tullahoma, Tenn., Hydereturned to the franchise in 1998 in hiscurrent position. He was a member ofthe team’s media relations departmentfrom 1977-85, serving as the team’sMedia Director from 1980-85.

Hyde also spent five years with thePGA TOUR serving as a media officalprior to returning to the Titans in 1998.

Hyde is a member of the Board ofDirectors of the Middle TennesseeChapter of the National FootballFoundation and College Hall of Fame.

A graduate of Tullahoma (Tenn.)High School, Hyde attended MiddleTennessee State University beforetransferring to the University ofHouston. Hyde is single and has twodaughters, Ashley (23) and Hannah(17). He resides in Nashville, Tenn.

Vice President/Controller

Jenneen Kaufman isin her 12th season,including her first

as Vice President/Controller for the Titans.Kaufman spent her first 11 seasons as theteam’s controller before being promotedduring the off-season. With her promotion,she becomes the club’s second highest-ranking female executive after Owner andVice Chairman of the Board NancyAdams.

Kaufman is responsible for financialreporting, budgeting and the CollectiveBargaining Agreement audit for the fran-chise. She also oversees the accounting ofticket and suite sales, sponsorships andbroadcast revenues, while assisting withspecial projects. In addition, she overseesthe accounting for LP Field, including con-certs, TSU football games, the Music CityBowl and other events; and serves ashuman resources liaison for all Titansemployees in Nashville.

This past off-season, Titans owner K.S.“Bud” Adams, Jr. selected Kaufman toattend the NFL’s Stanford Program forManagers, which included a wide range ofeducational programs designed for leagueexecutives.

Before joining the Titans, Kaufman wasVice President of Finance and Human

Resources for the American CancerSociety from 1995-97. She previouslyworked for Arthur Andersen LLP (1992-95) as an audit division senior accountant.

A native of Knoxville, Tenn., Kaufmangraduated summa cum laude with a B.S. inBusiness Administration from theUniversity of Tennessee. She earned herCPA certification in 1994 and is a memberof the Tennessee Society of CPA's, servingas the chair of the Sports andEntertainment Conference Committee.

For the past seven years, Kaufman hasparticipated in the Tennessee Society ofCPA’s Accounting Academy, promotingaccounting to high school studentsthroughout Tennessee. Kaufman is fea-tured in an award-winning video producedby the American Institute of CertifiedPublic Accountants. The video is playedfor high school and college students acrossthe country seeking to get into the account-ing field.

An active member of the Nashville com-munity, Kaufman serves as a volunteer ather church and speaks at various financialseminars in Nashville. She and her daugh-ter, Maggie (4), reside in Nashville, Tenn.

Ralph Ockenfelsis in his 11th sea-son with the

Titans, third as VicePresident/Marketing and 18th overallin the National Football League.

Ockenfels is responsible for develop-ing corporate sponsorship packages,retail promotions and gameday presen-tations and enhancements for Titansgames. In 2008, he directed the Titans10-Year Campaign by coordi-nating a number of elementsthat helped celebrate theteam’s 10th season as“Titans.”

In 2006, Ockenfels was thepoint person for negotiating a10-year naming rights dealwith LP Building Productsthat resulted in the LP Fieldname and various marketingoffshoots between the Titansand LP.

Ockenfels also helpedlaunch the Titans’ syndicatedfeature television show,“Titans All Access,” which

enters its sixth season in 2008 andbrings Titans programming into eighttelevision markets throughout theMid-South region.

During the 2000 season, TheSporting News selected the TennesseeTitans' gameday atmosphere the bestin the NFL. Ockenfels has workedwith a variety of national programsand personalities to create fun andinteresting elements for fans at LPField, including Jeopardy, FamilyFeud, Who Wants to Be a Millionaire,Wheel of Fortune, The Rock, FrankCaliendo and Budweiser’s “Real Menof Genius.”

Prior to joining the Titans, Ockenfelswas the Assistant Director ofMarketing for the Green Bay Packersfrom 1992-98 after joining the team asan intern in 1991. Ockenfels served onthe advance team for the Packers inSuper Bowls XXXI and XXXII andSuper Bowl XXXIV for the Titans.

A native of Iowa City, Iowa,Ockenfels earned his B.A. from theUniversity of Northern Iowa and M.S.from Western Illinois University.

Ralph and his wife, Jannette, residein Franklin, Tenn.

Ockenfels joined Titans and LP staffers in building aHabitat for Humanity home for Sarieda Evans andher family this past spring.

In addition to his marketing responsibilities,Ockenfels oversees all gameday productionat LP Field.
