•Initially, only data currently submitted on PARs and CPMs will be submitted via batch.

•Initially, 2728s and 2746s will be done through the single-user interface.

Can other facilities use batch transmission?

What about transplant facilities?

•At least initially, transplant facilities will submit the current paper forms

•Data will be entered into CROWN Web by Network staff

What about VA facilities?

• A required data use agreement between CMS and the VA is pending. Until then . . .
