The Pearl City Leadership Society is designed to encourage and recognize individuals in our community who make gifts of $1,000 or more annually to United Way of Muscatine. Leadership gifts are a powerful demonstration of commitment to the community. By contributing to United Way of Muscatine, you are joining with others across the community to strengthen the building blocks of a good quality of life – Education, Financial Stability and Health. Working together, people with passion and commitment are leading the way to a brighter tomorrow. Our holistic view of the local community helps us identify gaps and invest your dollars where they are needed most. We fund local programs–so your gift supports only highly-rated programs that achieve measurable results - 99% of funds stay local. Funded programs provide regular status reports and are monitored by United Way staff and volunteers to ensure they are on track for success. THE UNITED WAY DIFFERENCE Women United (WU) is an educated, informed and dedicated group of volunteer women working to inspire other women in Muscatine to make a difference by Giving, Advocating and Volunteering. WU will make a positive impact on education, specifically the issues of early education and college/career preparedness. We invite you to join us. Through WU you will be connected with year-round engagement opportunities focused on our signature issue. Membership is as easy as checking the Women’s Leadership Council box in the Leadership Giving section of your pledge form.
