It is a project based on OBTE, Social (Preparation of dry foods) Computer (MS power point

&Blog) of class VIII

Introduction:

Food is one of the biggest aspects of a culture. It’s not often that we actually try out the

demonstrated recipe or take advice from the real-life cooks that we watch. Students and

young adults in general forget about the importance and the benefits of cooking for

themselves so, here this project is conducting to make the learners able to prepare some local

food with recipe. In this project learnt to prepare some local food with their recipe and share

their knowledge with international partner though it is our in school project Students

share their ideas with Indian school and leant to prepare Indian local food with recipe .thus

this project is taken as milestone to develop cooking skill of students required for their life.
