Prehistoric Peoples
What makes us, as humans, physically
different from all other living things on earth?
Send Someone to the Front!
#1Consider a world if humans could not
speak or write with words. What difference would it make in your
life? What kinds of things could you do and what kinds of things would
you be unable to do? Could we have built cars? TVs? Cell phones?
Would you be able to learn anything? If so, how?
#2There has been some disaster which killed every human on earth except for you and your group. The disaster disintegrated all books, technology, and modern convenience. Fortunately, it didn’t kill any animals or leave any harmful aftereffects
like radiation or giant cockroaches. As a group make an inventory of the knowledge
and skills you possess. How could you best use your group’s skills? How would life be different? Would you be hunter-gatherer’s or farmers?
ARTICLEAs we read through the article provided, write
down 8 interesting things you learned on your paper.
