The high-frequency spindles of the PS 200 M series have a cylindrical body,and manual tool change. They can be adapted easily to any kind of machinetool, under construction or already operating. Thanks to the wide range ofmodels and extreme versatility, they can meet all the requirements for yourmachining. The output spindle is generally ER-Collet or HSK taper, others maybe supplied based on your requirement. We have been granted manufacturinglicences for CAPTO, KM, ABS and others.

Les broches à haute fréquence de la série PS 200 à corps cylindrique, ont uncouple et une puissance élevés. Elles peuvent être utilisées pour l’ébauche etla finition. Leur résistance est élevée aux efforts axiaux et radiaux. Elles sontmunies de roulements céramiques lubrifiés par un graissage longue durée oupar un système air-huile de lubrification minimale. Le refroidissement est faitpar circulation de liquide réfrigérant en circuit fermé. Des capteurs contrôlentla température du moteur à haute fréquence et des roulements, les vibrations,la dilatation de l’arbre, le système de contrôle vectoriel, le positionnement del’arbre lors de l’indexation ou lors du taraudage et enfin la fixation de l’outil. Lechangement de l’outil est automatique. L’interconnexion des différentsrégulateurs et contrôles numériques est assurée. La rotation est possible dansles deux sens. Nos broches peuvent travailler en position verticale mais aussihorizontale. L’arrosage au centre de l’outil par l’intérieur de la broche est uneoption. On peut aussi bien les employer en première monte sur des machinesneuves ou alors sur celles déjà existantes. Elles utilisent normalement descônes ISO et HSK, ou tout autre sur demande. Nous avons les licences defabrication des systèmes CAPTO, KM, ABS, etc.…

The high-frequency spindles of the PS 200 M series have a cylindrical body,and manual tool change. They can be adapted easily to any kind of machinetool, under construction or already operating. Thanks to the wide range ofmodels and extreme versatility, they can meet all the requirements for yourmachining. The output spindle is generally ER-Collet or HSK taper, others maybe supplied based on your requirement. We have been granted manufacturinglicences for CAPTO, KM, ABS and others.
