    BALDWIN COUNTY PRACTICE SYSTEM

    I. Practice organization:

    1. Time vs Plays (Less is more)a. Total offensive time (270-300 small, 420-480 big)

    b. Indy time and drill organization (pre and post)

    i. Have to have- every day drills

    ii. Need to have- 2-3 times per weekiii. Should have- 1-2 times per week or less

    d. What to keep, what to toss and whye. Putting it together- Maximizing reps
