A message from the Bishop… Dear Friends

We are assured in the scriptures that God is "able to do abundantly far more than all we can ask or imagine" (Eph 3:20). This is such an extraordinary statement, it spurs us on to "ask" and "imagine" what God might do among us, and then to anticipate even more! It inspires us to be bold in our prayers, and seek the Lord's blessing on our church, that He might be glorified in and through us, and that the beauty, truth and relevance of Jesus might be known right across our state. Would you join me in using this prayer diary, so that we might see what the Lord will do in us?

Let us pray that, according to the riches of his glory, he may grant that we may be strengthened in our inner being with power through his Spirit, and that Christ may dwell in our hearts through faith, as we are being rooted and grounded in love. And that we may have the power to comprehend, with all the saints, what is the breadth and length and height and depth, and to know the love of Christ that surpasses knowledge, so that we may be filled with all the fullness of God. (See Ephesians 3:14-19)
