· PRAY· LIKE· JESUS · 36 DꜼ PRꜼER GUIDE As we navigate a season of uncertainty and hopefulness, we are calling Calvary Baptist Church to 36 days of prayer where we can be forged deeply in pursuit of Christ and be led by the Holy Spirit. During this intentional time we beg God for revival, seek His face for wisdom, and intercede for others who are navigating challenges of life. Join us in a specific prayer each day for our church and community. Consider reading each daily Scripture to reinforce your prayers. LIFTOFF: PRAYER FOR MATURITY June 7: Pray that God will use this season to build us as a people of prayer, united in His mission. (Philippians 2:2) WEEK ONE: PRAYERS FOR ME AND FAMILY June 8: Thank God for the unique and quality time this pandemic has provided for families. (Psalm 106:7) June 9: Pray that God will grant good health and strong immune systems to our family. (3 John 1:2) June 10: Pray that we will have the discipline to practice daily family worship. (Deuteronomy 6:6-7) June 11: Pray that we can be patient with one another. (Ephesians 4:2) June 12: Pray that we will be humble and trust God alone. (James 4:10) June 13: Confess your sin to God and trust in His forgiveness. (1 John 1:8-10) June 14: Pray that we find joy in God's faithfulness to hear and answer prayer. (2 Corinthians 18-20) WEEK TWO: PRAYER FOR OUR CHURCH June 15: Pray that the Holy Spirit would convict us of sin and we would repent. (John 16:9-11) June 16: Pray that our focus would be on Jesus. (Hebrews 12:1-2) June 17: Pray for God to give our church leadership wisdom. (Colossians 4:2-4) June 18: Pray for the physical, emotional, and spiritual strength of our church family. (Philippians 4:6-7) June 19: Pray that our LifeGroups would grow in deeper relationships and faith. (1 Corinthians 16:19) June 20: Pray that we will walk in unity in a commitment to carry hope to our community. (1 Corinthians 1:10) June 21: Pray that God will give us wisdom on leading kids and teenagers in this new season.
