Make plans to join us; bring friends! Brian Beaver was born in
Rowan County, and grew up in Statesville, North Carolina. After
attending Phieffer University on a golf scholarship he entered the
United States Marine Corps. While at Parris Island, South Carolina,
the Lord got ahold of his heart and Brian knew he was a sinner in need
of a Savior. During his eight years in the Marines, God called him to
preach, he married and had two children. Over the past 22 years of
ministry Brian has graduated from Ambassador Baptist College and
has served in the senior pastorate and youth pastorate positions. As an
Evangelist, he and his family have traveled extensively. Traveling
abroad and ministering to others is a family commitment. Brian is also
the Pastor of Bethel Baptist Church in Riegelwood, North Carolina,
where he and his family are based.

ANNIE ARMSTRONG EASTER OFFERING Every year we honor the life and work of Annie Walker Armstrong
(1850-1938) when we give to the annual Annie Armstrong Easter
Offering for North American missions. As a tireless servant of God,
Annie rallied churches to give more, pray more, and do more for
reaching people for Christ. Please place your offering in a specially
marked envelope.

LOOKING AHEAD: WMU ANNUAL MISSIONS MEETING
Wrightsboro Baptist Church will host the Women’s
Missionary Union annual celebration of missions on
Monday, May 6 at 6:00 pm. There will be a catered meal;
women, men, and children are invited. The meal costs $10
for adults and $5 for children. Please inform the church
office or Mrs. Angela Beacham if you plan to attend.
