Pray for Bill & Karen, friends of Mike & Deb Minkos. They were seri- ously injured in a motorcycle accident in Nevada. They are believers and involved with the Gideon’s ministry. 5. Pray for unity and wisdom as we continue the process of seeking two new staff pastors. 6. Continue to pray for Diann Gagnon and her daughter Jennifer and family as they wrap up a short term mission trip to Indonesia and S. Korea. 7. Be in prayer for our VBS ministry; volunteer needs & the preparing of hearts of those who will attend. Pray also for staffing needs in our nursery and youth programs. 8. Pray for healing, strength and protection over the marriages of our church families. The enemy is constantly at work seeking to discour- age and destroy these key foundations of God. 9. There are many unspoken needs in our congregation, including up- coming surgeries or those struggling with chronic illness. Please remember them in your prayers. “A Taste of WOL” Welcome Luncheon WHO: Those new to our church fellowship WHAT: “A Taste of WOL” luncheon in your honor WHEN: July 19 th 12:30pm WHY: Because you matter WHAT DO I DO? There is a signup sheet at the Welcome Center, you can email your acceptance ([email protected] ) or call 989 354-8019 Following the morning service on July 19 th , we will be hosting a light luncheon for people who are new to our community here at Word of Life. This setting will provide a chance for us to casually get to know each other and a brief time for a few of our leaders to introduce themselves and some of the opportunities we offer as part of our church’s ministry. If you are new in the recent months, have not attended a luncheon before, and this would be of interest to you, we would be honored if you would join us. Please let the church know ahead of time. It helps us to prepare for you.
